Good location, close to the motorway. Secure parking, great food.
Confusing check in arrangements. The email said no later than 8.00pm, we were delayed, had a call half an hour before asking where we were. The strange thing was, the restaurant was open much later, so there were members of staff available to help.

staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. restaurant for evening meal was good. breakfast choices were good. swimming pool was a bonus. beds were comfortable close to town
bathroom was to small for a larger person and the hair dryer was very poor.

Staff gave instructions about how to visit Avignon. Cars are banned, but there's free parking and shuttle bus that I'd never have known about had they not told me. Wifi was very good. Breakfast was very good.
The bathroom light in the room originally assigned didn't work, so I was given a different room. The carpet was heavily stained. The shower wall was cracked!

David gentlman who work at reception was absolutely great. I lost money in one restaurant in city center and he follow up several times with me and with restaurant until i got my belongings. Thank you David

Easy to find. Place for one night is was all we needed. Large comfy mattress, good wifi. There was option for dinner which was lovely cause there not much to choose around. Anyway no problem there at all.
