Even though the neighborhood was safe and not run down, we were very happy with the security of the building and that the parking was gated. The property looks new-ish and the room was clean and new. It was nice to have a kitchenette with tableware and cooking ware included. The bathroom was nice. The room isn't as nice as a hotel room, but we liked it better because of the tile floors which are cleaner than carpeting. The large-tank water heater is in the bathroom which assured us we would have hot water for a shower. Nice, hot water.

The room had sort of a dorm-room feel to it because there were no decorations/pictures on the wall but that didn't really matter to us. The room and property were a great value for a stay in Avignon. The towels were a little thin, but they were fine.

Excellent location, 20-30 minutes walk from the historic centre. We were able to leave the car for a few days. Car park safe and there are a number of amenities ( supermarket etc.) at a short walk 's distance. The room and bathroom (clean towels)were very tidy. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Good value for money.

No staff at reception and poor Internet connection, not ideal if you need to do any work during your stay. A few more bits (coffee making ?) in the kitchen would be useful.

Easy to find (although a lot of roadworks and construction near the building currently), clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Very close to the beautiful old walled area of Avignon

Excellent+ service from Serge on reception. Went above and beyond to accommodate my possible late arrival due to traffic chaos in the city (he called me and checked me in telephonically and told me to take my time) and also happily allowed me to keep my car in the secure car park after check out.

Convenient apartment with ground parking place in a gated community. Pretty close to supermarket and bakery. Not so close to the old town but in a short driving distance there is a free parking with free local minibuses taking you to the center. The city itself worth seeing. We used Avignon as a base for exploring Provence. The choice was perfect.

No complaints! Clean, comfortable and safe. Liked the mini kitchenette.

It is a gated community and it would have been helpful to have photos of the entrance to know exactly where to go to gain entry.

The room was clean and complete. We didn't use all facilities, but there was a kitchenette and two desks for working. Our shower broke, and after I reported it at the front desk, someone fixed it within 15 minutes, putting on a completely new shower. Guy at reception was super kind.

The free wifi was extremely slow, not enough for working. However, I think you can buy a bigger plan.

The gentleman who was cleaning the yard kindly helped us with detailed advice around the keys and access to the apartment and parking. The apartment is a little more spartan furnished, but very clean and meets the needs. The surroundings are not exactly majestic, but the walk to the city and the evening hustle and bustle is not long. I recommend it to anyone who does not have too high expectations.

Not super easy to find, late check in seemed complicated but ended up fine
