I liked everything about this property. It feels very safe, the staff is very welcoming and kind. Their manager really helped me with advice, also when I needed to extend my stay from one day to the other, she showed me around and she was there for every question I had. Also the security staff is very kind and helpful. It makes the place feel very safe and welcoming. A lot of fun stuff to do, like arcade games, a movie room, a gym etc. The rooms are very well equipped and cosy. It made me feel like I was in a home away from home. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Avignon, especially for work.

They staff is super friendly and very attentive. The place is great, the apartment has anything you may need. It really is an 11/10. The space is super nice and all is done to the detail.

To say something, the open shower, and the fact that I didn't realise until the last day that there's a button to make the water hotter. Because it was getting a bit cold for me in the shower with the open curtain. Location wise, is a bit far away from city centre but by car or public transportation is very easy.

It was great to have my own apartment while traveling, it felt so spacious compared to hotel rooms. The bed was very comfortable and enclosed by small doors which was very cozy. The hosts were very friendly and I like having secure, free parking as I was driving each day to see places outside of Avignon. It's also close to Avignon but would recommend driving to the historic part of town and parking in a public parking place.

There is no breakfast and there is a definite work vibe when you walk in as it is also a co-working space. I didn't realize this, and while it wasn't a big issue, the juxtaposition to be on a big European vacation in what is essentially a work office felt a little strange. However, it was such a great value that I ended up extending my stay for two extra days! Also, beware of the shower head pointing away from the wall, the shower is an open concept and I accidentally sprayed water all over the floor the first time turning on the shower!

Cowool was surprising from the start. This was a hotel option among many in Avignon. Though there was some description about "coliving" and "coworking" it was not clear what this meant until we got there. We came to a nice little apartment, with a kitchen, living room and open concept shower area (quite nice!), and a little outdoor sitting area outside of our sliding door (we were luckily on the main floor), combined with hotel space that provided comfortable working areas and clearly places to work and eat together as a group. The latter element was not in our interest, but we could consider this an excellent place for a workshop when traveling for work related objectives. We chose to eat light dinners at the hotel, and used the very nice outdoor common area to sit and enjoy being outside while still shaded from incredibly hot weather. They have clothes washing facilities (use an app) which worked like a charm, and we noted (though did not use) a large exercise/training/fitness area that seemed very well equipped. The tram is only about 10 min walk away (if that), and takes around 20 min to the centre or walled part of the city. Easy to navigate and very helpful staff.

It was a challenge to get in! Perhaps we did not read the instructions correctly, but we ended up phoning the phone number on the gate (there is a high fence around the whole complex, including even the entrance to the hotel) meaning I had to phone long-distance to ask to be let into the gate. More clarity and a better way to do this might be helpful.

The room was enormous and ideal for longer stays, couples and solo travellers. I liked the industrial look.

Getting in the hotel and getting the key was a bit awkard. The bed is build in like a closet so you have to crawl in there from the bottom of the bed and it felt a little claustrophobic. The shower is open on one side so the one you are travelling with can see everything which for me was not a problem with my partner but could be awkward if travelling with friends.

Reception staff very good and friendly. Very accommodating and helpful. I like the concept and the energy of the place. Value for money very good and as a base for visiting the area with a car it is excellent

The cooking facilities in the room where underwhelming but better than a standard hotel room. At least we could manage basic food .

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of facilities, gym, garden, washing machine & tumble dryers, cinema etc. The studio apartment was great and really nicely decorated, everything you need for a few nights the bed that was hidden by doors was soo comfortable and nice bedding. Secure parking and secure entry in and out of the building.

The concept of communal living/working space was a bit strange but seemed to work. The shower was good but has no enclosure it's just open to the apartment and water goes everywhere! The location isn't great it's about a half an hour walk to the centre but didn't feel particularly safe in the neighborhood although we got a taxi in and out no problems.

Spaces, nice design, very friendly staff, convinced- tram( In front train station get near hotel)grocery and transportation.

Design of bedroom not easy to in out, pillows was really uncomfortable and shower curtain wasn’t good working. No matter what still spray water.

Loved the room layout and facilities. Great kitchen with pots and pans, fridge & kettle. Shower room had a Lovely little bag with shower gel / hair shampoo....such a nice touch! Liked the modern decor & being able to close the doors to hide the bed. Loved the garden space. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

A supply of tea bags would be good. The A/C didn't work so we had to have the door open to cool the room which was noisy from traffic. .
