I traveled with a little baby, and they provided a spacious room with accessible facilities, including sofa bed in the room and chair in the bathroom. It was incredibly helpful when caring for my little one.

Everything was fine, except there were no any vegetables at breakfast. However, it seems to be the same situation at other higher-tier Ibis hotels as well in Avignon.

Excellent service! Andréa from the reception helped me get bus tickets using an app, and her guidance was spot on. Give her a raise! The breakfast was delicious, and the pool was great. Free parking was great to have, since we had rented a car to go see the lavender fields. The sparkling water dispenser was amazing!

We had to switch rooms since they got confused and forgot to change our sheets and towels, but once we pointed it out, it was handled.

Staff went over and above to help. food was great and reasonably priced. Pool was a great addition.

Electrical fitting in teh bathroom was hanging off the wall (dangerous?). It was reported to reception, they coulndnt move rooms (they were full) but did say the maintenance team would address later that day. three days later and it never did get fixed

Comfy bed, quiet but industrial location, breakfast with an eye for the environment. Helpful staff.

Initially had room on ground floor, as requested. But room was very small and noisy as not soundproofed for neighbours cough and kids ( double door between rooms were at fault) staff was very helpful to relocate us to better room one floor up. So noisy=bad, staff=good

One room smelt like there was a leaky toilet. Staff arranged a new room instantly and arranged for a change of bedding from double to two singles to meet our requirement.

Staff were super helpful, Beds were comfy, rooms were quiet, food at the hotel was great, good transport facilities, Wi-Fi worked well

Twin room was a little small for two. Some of the staff spoke limited English so it was tricky at times, but they tried their best and were so helpful

Excellent breakfast, comfortable room and bed. Excellent location for A7 autoroute and for Avignon centre. Staff extremely friendly and helpful . Will certainly return.

From the moment we arrived all the staff were so helpful. The receptionist -Inma - spoke english and gave us great information on getting into the old city. She wrote the bus number and stop we needed to get off at on a map. We had dinner as part of our rate and again the staff in the restaurent were lovely. Breakfast buffet was superb and had everything from pancakes and pastries to boiled eggs, ham,turkey and cheese. Would definitely stay again and would recommend it to family and friends.

The twin beds were a little small

- The staff was very friendly - The room is small but comfortable - It’s clean and calm

- The breakfast was not very diverse, mainly sweet options. - The hotel is “far” from the center BUT there is a bus just in front bringing you there so that’s ok.

Nice atmosphere

Air conditioner doesn't give enough cold. Felt very hot every night.
