The staff was incredibly kind. They had someone at the reception nearly 24/7 - we ended up getting in much later than expected and there was someone to help us check in. All the staff we met were very friendly and gave excellent recommendations, and also practiced our French with us but spoke very great English. Hotel was very clean, felt recently renovated. Espresso machines in the room which was amazing. For the price we paid, excellent value.

Would have liked the room to be aired out a bit - it had a smell of maybe paint or construction materials.

small hotel right on a key square so good location/convenient. windows are double glazed so noise on street didn't penetrate room too much. they were kindly willing to store our bags after checkout and before we left town. room clean, just big enough. didn't eat breakfast there - and liked that we had freedom to eat elsewhere

no way to get luggage to the hotel or for anyone to help you with it, so you need to park at Palais des Papes then drag luggage a couple blocks to hotel (similar for most hotels there) - would be nice to have someone there to help. you do get slightly reduce parking payment via the hotel. felt lucky to have checked in when we did; right after saw a large group come to check in and each couple had to check in one by one - we would have had to stand in line for well over 30 mins if we'd been a bit later

Property located centrally on a lively square. Traveling solo, room small but comfortable and clean. Welcoming and helpful staff. I opted out of the breakfast one day and was able to find a light breakfast in the area. My train left early The next morning and I it the breakfast offense a the hotel. It was quite delicious although over process as Iam a small eater .the hotel is with in walking distant to the central train station, slightly uphill, if ypu travels with many bags get a taxi.

A little bit dated.

This is a small hotel in the old city of Avignon close to every monument in town. Our room was small, it only had a full size bed but it was equipped to make our stay very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, everything was fresh and plentiful. The only problem was the absence of a small safe in the room.

The property is not accessible by car. One needs to park the car and walk with the luggage to the hotel. The parking is not far away but all streets are made of cobblestones and having big luggage makes it a bit difficult.

Hotel 3 étoiles, parfaitement situé sur la place de l'Horloge a few meters from the palace of the pope. Hence very central. In an area covered with restaurants (most of them are common or not very good). Very quiet room as requested, behing. Not a noise. Breakfast is fine, the room clean and the bed comfortable. Small convenient bathroom. The staff is nice. What else.?

Nothing really important. The elevator is a bit slow :) The carpet is a bit out of age (nobody covers floors with carpet these days).

The location was very nice at the heart of the city, close to Palais des Papes, the congress center, and other city attractions. A lot of good restaurants were around the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and quiet.

This is a minor point, but the pre-check-in and post-check-out luggage storage room was very easily accessible to the public, and the exiting luggage was not labeled or checked. It was a bit concerning to leave the luggage there, as other people could have gone and taken it by mistake.

The location is perfect, probably the closest to the Palace des Papes, but also conveniently close to all major attractions. It is just a simple overnight stay kind of hotel (it does not want to be more and it doesn't need it). Very easy to checkin and out. The room is clean and quiet.

There are two blue lights next to the bed that cannot be turned off. The pillows are rather small. When selecting the room type there were many photos for the same type of room, we got one that was not that nice in terms of layout and colors and was a little dark. Nonetheless the price is fair for what you get, given the location, so I think it is a good value for money.

Superb situation for the Palais des Papes and easy to find the parking if you follow their directions precisely. Added suggestion: park as near the exit on level -1 as you possibly can and follow signs to Mercure Hotel. Kyriad is just beyond it.

There was a smell of smoke in the room which we notified to the reception staff otherwise would have given 5 stars,

We had a lovely greeting from Grazielle. She made us very welcome throughout our stay and was extremely helpful with our questions. We stayed in room 53, which overlooked Pl. de l'Horloge. We slept with the window open, and the street was noisy from time to time, which woke us up. It's not really a problem for us, just an observation.

Memory foam mattress and pillows, we just dont like them.

AC was broken so had to sleep with windows open. We had just completed a long flight/train trip from the USA and were in need of a good night's rest. Unfortunately, the street noise was bothersome. s Other than the broken AC, the hotel was very nice. Making up for the lack of AC, the hotel gifted a free breakfast which was a nice gesture. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
