Great breakfast. A lot of choice. Fresh and home made ingredients. Attentive service.. Large room (family room but we were only 2), well equipped. Being English, could have done with some milk on tea tray but impossible to cater for every tiny wish list so not a criticism. The hotel is in a village house. Quiet and very clean with everything you want in the room including an electric kettle. On the ground floor, the room had a strong smell of dampness and we asked for a change. They moved us to a bigger room on the second floor and it was excellent. A large yard with playgrounds for children. Also recommended for families.

This property was super smart, comfortable with quality fittings and set in beautiful surroundings with a distant view of the sea. The tea and coffee making facilities and the lovely garden were much appreciated. Breakfast was self service, again top quality and there was a great choice.

All was very good, no grumbles. It would have been perfect if table d’hôtes were an option.

Excellent, in a wonderful breakfast, our room was the family room, great size, very clean We wished we had booked two nights, as the beaches looked wonderful. We went for dinner at Bar de l’Escale, recommended by Karin, a nice 20 minute walk from the cottage, with good French food, this night they were cooking fish and chips, which were amazing.

Very peaceful setting with views of the sea. Located down a quiet country lane but not far from the sea. Room was a good size with extra blankets if needed. Our trip was in November and room was pleasantly warm.Don'toften get it in France in my experience so tea & coffee in the room was great and always welcome. Tasteful decoration and very clean. The shower was a good size & bathroom overall was good. Parking just outside so very convenient. Genial host who was very helpful & knowledgeable about the area. Decent breakfast with local produce.

Very peaceful location with a nice garden and good views to the sea. The breakfast was good; yogurt, fruit, choice of breads and croissant, orange juice, tea and coffee. Tastefully decorated rooms and a comfortable bed. There is a small kitchen and a dining room attached to the accommodation for guests to use where you could prepare and eat dinner or lunch.

Excellent breakfast! Bread, pastries, eggs, cheese and ham. Fresh fruit, yoghurts. good coffee and a kettle and toaster at our disposal. Lovely location with pretty gardens and seating

Lack of proper shower gel, and a leaky shower were the only minor issues.

Friendly welcome. Excellent pet friendly place to stay - real value for money. Beautiful setting and comfortable bed.

Staff were not present at breakfast so difficult to get additional coffee etc.

It was a very comfortable accommodation, beautifully decorated, clean & tidy and was pet friendly with an amazing garden for our dog.

Absolutely nothing, it’s in a beautiful location and the host is very hospitable.

Lovely countryside location, close to Cherbourg if you are catching a ferry

There was no one to check guests in at scheduled time of 5pm , other than that no complaints. I would suggest that the owners make bottled water available and that they prepare a small guide of local restaurants, cafes and shops
