I have stayed at this Campanile before so I had high expectations, as it is certainly one of the very best. On my last visit last May, there were problems with wi-fi reception, but this has since been rectified. The staff were efficient and friendly and the restaurant is one of the better Campaniles at which I have stayed. Sadly, escargots weren't available on this occasion, but the meal was otherwise very good.

I was surprised when I was told I couldn't have a table at 19:00, despite having requesting a reservation when I booked. I was given a table at 20:00, and was told that I should have specified a time for my reservation. This is not something I have had to do before, but I shall do so in the future. I have reserved a table for 19:00 on 1st & 2nd October, my next visit. My only other comment is that the restaurant could do with more serving staff as service was a little slow

Good hotel in the direct near of the highway. You can go by foot to the city. (couple of km) In the city plenty of cafes and restaurants available. We take breakfast. For us more than complete and it's an advantage that it starts early. Parking of the car in front of the room (we had a room on the ground floor)

Wifi is not the strongest one in the room (= depending on the time of use) but you can go to the reception for a better signal.

I was delighted to revisit this Campanile, as it is without doubt the best I have known. At first sight, the room appears to be “standard” Campanile, but then one notices the extra pillows on a shelf, and the fully tiled walk-in shower. The management had even defied corporate policy and provided a toilet brush! The standard, generous work space had a superior angle-poise lamp, and the bedside lights were bright enough to supplement the rather subdued Campanile oval room light. But it is when visiting the restaurant that the superiority of this Campanile becomes evident. The staff were plentiful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Escargots were offered as a starter, properly presented in their shells, and with the correct implements for removing them – I have never seen these on a Campanile menu anywhere else. The dos de cabillaud was delicious, and finally their “pièce de resistance” – the Crème Brûlée was flambéed at the table. They were also able to offer a brandy with the coffee at the end of the meal. This is a very special Campanile, and I shall visit it whenever I am passing through Beaune.

Have stayed in lots of Campanile but first impression was that the building with rooms needs a thorough update as it looks shabby. The room and bathroom were clean but the bedroom was small and needs a makeover.

Great location close to the motorway, next to a filling station and McDonalds. The children were very happy to cool off in the small pool. All staff were very helpful.

I would stay here again, however, I would not eat in the restaurant. My daughter and I both ordered the steak at €29 per person. The meal was very disappointing with the steak full of gristle and inedible. We ended up giving most of it to the dog, so he at least was happy. Lots of good restaurants to choose from in town.

Superb location as less than a mile from the A6 and provided an excellent venue for breaking a long drive down to the south. Room was good, great shower with loads of hot water. Very good value for money dinner and service with a smile ( not often guaranteed in France!). The icing on the cake was the fact that my prior notification of needing to eat gluten-free on account of being celiac was taken into account even as far as providing gluten-free bread (rolls) for dinner and for breakfast. The breakfast was very good. A well stocked buffet that even included scrambled eggs and bacon plus, of course, my gluten-free bread. All in all, excellent.

Breakfast was good - there was a nice range of good food. Our room was particularly good because we asked for a ground floor room because of my husband's mobility and we were given the nearest room to the main building and it was a disabled room, with a wet room/walk in shower, which was great.

This was nothing to do with the premises or the staff, but a very noisy, large group arrived during the evening, were talking very loudly into the early hours, and tried to get through the adjoining door from the room next to ours and the bathroom. It did disturb our night.

A great location for families who have a car. We would describe in Australia as motel-style accommodation but above standard. A terrace for a relaxing drink and clean and comfortable rooms. Enjoyed our stay.

Had a minor maintenance issue with the sink that didn’t dramatically impact our stay. Reported at check-out.

The staff are all so friendly and helpful. With very little French, we were able to communicate lovely as most spoke very well English anyway. Everyone was genuinely kind and helpful. The food was really lovely and tasty. They were able to accommodate my gluten allergy for both dinner and breakfast.

The pictures of the pool look nicer in the photos. Looks larger and more inviting.

Very convenient for having a stop over as just beside the carriageway. The atmosphere on arrival was very relaxed. The pool was great for our kids to cool down after a long journey. The evening meal was reasonable and considering it was a budget motel we were really impressed and surprised.
