The hotel is conveniently close to the autoroute and there is a Carrefour supermarket to fill up with petrol just 600 metres away. Parking is a short walk to the lobby. My room although small, had been recently refurbished to a high standard. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was of a high quality. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower. I had dinner and the food was absolutely excellent and the service impeccable. I highly recommend you take the opportunity to eat there. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I have seen in France, with a good range of quality produce. Overall this is a well managed hotel with delightful staff.

The lady on reception was very helpful, spoke multiple languages, had lots of local information and was so friendly. The room was really clean and had a very comfortable bed. The location is great. The walk into Beaune centre is very pleasant, quick and easy. The town has a lot to offer. The carpark was spacious and accessible. Also the access to the motorway was great. There are lots of restaurants close by, plenty of options. Supermarkets, fuel stations, boulangeries If I was in the area again I would not hesitate to stay

The Aircon blew out hot when it was set to cold however with the door open there was a lovely breeze. It was not a problem for us but maybe in the summer it would be. The bathroom was tired but everything worked and it was spotlessly clean

Very good location. Easy parking. Secure place to store bikes on site. The rooms were on the small side but perfect for a transit, one night stay before travelling on to Morzine. The shower was powerful. The hotel provides dinner reservations for the restaurant at the neighbouring hotel. Food and wine were good quality and freshly cooked. The speciality menu was very reasonable. Bed was comfortable. The area was peaceful. Breakfast was also good. Overall, it was a very good experience

Its not difficult to do the normal most hotels are pretty much the same until you pay too much, what is difficult is to make the guests feel special. If the staff stay in a place then they remember you and give you a more genuine welcome and a more personalised service. Which is why we like this place so much. All too often the management don't see this they only see the money. The lovely lady at the reception was obviously not feeling very well but she still made us feel very welcome - thank you and well done.

Some of the decor is not to our taste, not going to stop us returning

The restaurant is in the sister-hotel next door. The woman who served us at dinner was extremely unfriendly, she was hostile despite our best efforts to be friendly. Our meals were slammed on the table with a ‘’voila’’. Not a single smile. It was not just us, she was like it to everyone. The restaurant didn’t tell Kyriad that we had paid, luckily we had the receipt to show at check out.

Good location not far from the main motorway so easy to find,excellent secure parking, good restaurant, excellent breakfast, excellent staff .I stay at this hotel on a regular basis when I travel abroad.

The only thing I was disappointed with was that they didn't have a vegetarian option on the evening menu.I had to ask for something special for myself to be suggested which was ok.They use to do a buffet choice which I thought was a better Idea for vegetarians like myself,I did mention it to the staff.

Great staff so friendly and helpful - remembered us from previous visits. Gave us our usual room - so nice. Location is brilliant - close to motorway, no driving through town, pleasant walking distance from town centre Rooms are what you expect from a Kyriad clean and all the usual amenities with a bit of a shimmy around one side of the bed - not spacious but fine for a couple of nights Breakfast all the usual buffet. Restaurant is good (prefer to stroll into town to one of many restaurants/bars)

We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so... The location is perfect (in the hotel zone) straight off the motorway and you're there, and you can stroll into town. The staff are so lovely and friendly. Once we got stuck in a traffic jam and the young lady stayed late in reception to check us in. I was very please to smell the whiff of paint in the air, obvious refurbishment going on (there needs to be a second coat on the bathroom door) new doors and some fittings in the room we stayed in . All good. Such good value - very reasonable prices. You can get a nice coffee from the machine for a small fee and not use the powdered rubbish in the room - nice touch.

We have stayed here many many times.. we should be getting points !, The staff are always friendly and helpful. They will let you buy a coffee from the machine and take it to your room - great because that instant stuff is awful. Once we got stuck in a huge traffic jam and the nice young lady stayed in reception till way late. The location is perfect - just off the motorway and close enough to stroll into town for a drink and a meal. Breakfast is fine - good selection and good quality Good value for money.

there are a few little places where it is showing its age - wear and tear, not shabby yet.

The room was suitable for a family of 4 (adult kids). I would suggest that the bathroom was a tad small but functional. The room was very clean and the beds were so, so comfortable. As with all hotel rooms, not enough waste bins and coat/clothes hooks for the number of people in the room - a small issue easily fixed. The hotel was easy to find with options to eat nearby, although the hotel does have a restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Parking was plentiful and immediately outside the hotel. The staff could not do enough to help and the English spoken (lazy French speaker here) was perfect. Check in was easy and nothing was too much trouble. There is no lift and whilst there are only 2 levels, we have a member of our party who is a bit wobbly on their feet, so be mindful of this. An excellent stop off hotel. Would recommend.

We would have liked a lift and more hanging space/coat hooks, but this is really a very minor issue for a one night stay.
