Room: OK Restaurant: Evening meal - Good - but limited choise on the menue. Excellent car parking. Excellent location just off the motorway.

Breakfast: Between 07:30 and 08:00 there was a coach party. Over crowded, disorder, coffee machine empty, Orange machine empty, Limited food, etc. Party vacated around 08:00 and left a total mess with plates on the tables. Staff were occupied having to clear tables so they were unable to replenish food. and tend to our needs. No visability of a manager of the coach party? No viability of the restaurant manager? No visability of the hotel manager?

The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The restaurant for the evening meal was absolutely amazing! I have never had a steak as good. Staff very polite and friendly. Prior communication with the hotel was good.

The breakfast was ok, had to make own teabags from loose tea (with no English Breakfast tea available), bacon and eggs had run out when I went for breakfast at 9.20 am, replenished at 9.55 am (5 mins before end of breakfast). There is no kettle/tea making facilities in the rooms. We requested a disabled room, but unfortunately this is only suitable for wheelchair users, not those who use a zimmer frame for walking short distances, as the room was based on the 3rd floor at the very end of a long corridor. To be fair we didn't ask when we realised if we could be moved to a closer room, so maybe they would have been able to accommodate this had we asked.

Hotel location & facilities were as expected and ideal for our trip with secure parking. Reception staff were very helpful.

We appreciate the restaurant was busy, but there seemed a lack of communication between the waiters/waitresses. This resulted in the staff running from table to table and the restaurant atmosphere felt more like a school canteen with slow service. I would stay here again but wouldn't dine there.

Usual ibis good standard The evening meals were exceptional. We had intended eating in Beaune for some of the time but the hotel food was so good we ate at the hotel every night. A wide range of food on the breakfast bar catered for all tastes. Easy walk into historic Beaune centre.

Dogs were allowed in all parts of the restaurant and some were not well behaved. A definite minus point from us.

Confortable and good location . Caring staffs

The mayor problem was the refurbishment done by the hotel at the moment. And because of that loud noises by drilling and other , it was really uncomfortable and impossible to relax. It is not what you want after been travelling for several hours. But after the workers finished their journey The hotel becomes confortable and cosy . You got all you need.

Staff were friendly. helpful and efficient.. we have stayed here several times in the past

The hotel was extremely busy and breakfast was somewhat chaotic. staff were having problems keeping up with demand and replenishing food. the restaurant was fully booked which meant we had to find another restaurant all of which were extremely busy

Since it is in the middle of nowhere almost and it is an Ibis hotel, I had low expectations. My high point reflects that considering the price,location and the Standard I believed Ibis hotel represents, it 100% overexceded my expectations. The bed was very comfortable, the room in general was very decent(not perfect, but I stayed in places that were worse by a mile) and clean. 100% recommend.

We received what we expected and looked for. We selected this hotel as it is located within the famous area of the best and most well known Pinot Noir vineyards of the world.

As mentioned by other people previously in their comments, very limited staff for the breakfast and as result the dining room tables stayed dirty for long time, whilst the people were searching for a table to sit and have their breakfast.
