Friendly helpful staff, we experienced a horrendous storm whilst checking in which resulted in a short power cut, the staff to their credit were unphased and the excellent service resumed promptly. We will definitely use this hotel again, especially as there is a secure car park, thank you again for a great stay.

A mistake was made with our invoice, were initially incorrectly charged an additional 299.50 euros by the restaurant for someone else's table on checking out. The reception desk had my signed restaurant invoice copies to hand and all was resolved easily thanks to the efficiency of the reception desk which was appreciated, you could say that this was a positive instead of a negative.

They didn’t advise us until we arrived after a long 6 hour drive from Italy that the restaurant was closed. When we looked at the snacks the chef could only prepare a couple of things and wasn’t that helpful. Plus my wife has celiac disease and nothing for her Disappointed as that was one of our must have points which helped us decide on hotel

New hotel. Comfortable beds, Great using of bedrooms and bathroom. Hotel makes an home atmosphere. Really nice and professional stuff on bar and reception. Big strength of the hotel is the private restaurant and SPA zone. Covers at the floor of bar zone also makes comfortable and home atmosphere. After first visit for our family your hotel is on our wishlist for next trips. Thanks and have a great day.

Beautiful decor, ambience, friendly staff, comfortable bed, large balcony, excellent restaurant- and an adorable big dog in reception called Batman.

The only negative was that there were no showers in the spa area. There were two shower rooms, but the showers were not yet installed. There is a 'sensory shower' for using after the sauna, which was lovely, but not suitable for washing in. I used the outdoor shower by the pool instead.

Brand new hotel just by the motorway with steam room and restaurant on site and dog friendly with a smallish area to walk your dog.

We returned within 10 days because our trip had been so great on the way down through France but this time they overcharged us on our final bill, put the prices up and the restaurant was under-staffed. It is an expensive stay.

Wow What a fantastic brand new hotel. From the luxurious bedding and towels to the modern styling.. Simply exceptional. They really thought about this place when they designed it. Perfect.👌

We didn’t try the restaurant as we arrived late. Obviously it is not in the centre of town, but that is a small thing, and it is only just the historic town along with all the other big names..

Possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Staff were great, room was massive, and everything felt extremely well thought-out. Was just passing through but would happily stay again in the future.

I arrived later than planned so couldn’t sleep as long in that bed as I wanted to!

Air conditioning worked perfectly but ventilation in the bathroom and toilet was not working.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was so spacious with everything brand new.

The room was so new that the final adjustments to the fittings were not tested enough and looked through. But with the feedback received, the hotel facility will surely reach its all new heights.

Lovely rooms, spacious, clean and modern - all facilities in the room were perfect. Very friendly staff team and bar and restaurant very good. Landscaping complex very good.

Nothing! It is a little bit outside of Beaune for walking distance but easy and only x5 mins by car/taxi.
