Good size room, very clean. Black out blinds work well, air con control, towels and bed all comfortable (robes would be nice to add) Room was quiet Great shower pressure Great pool area Gym small enough to have some exercise Sunday brunch was delicious. Staff are very friendly and helpful, a great team they have working. Breakfast and all meals was quality and tasty

Would be handy to have shuttle to town centre or train station as about 30min walk. No washing machine facilities which is always handy to have. Had few power issues, but think that was unlucky timing

Friendly helpful staff, we experienced a horrendous storm whilst checking in which resulted in a short power cut, the staff to their credit were unphased and the excellent service resumed promptly. We will definitely use this hotel again, especially as there is a secure car park, thank you again for a great stay.

A mistake was made with our invoice, were initially incorrectly charged an additional 299.50 euros by the restaurant for someone else's table on checking out. The reception desk had my signed restaurant invoice copies to hand and all was resolved easily thanks to the efficiency of the reception desk which was appreciated, you could say that this was a positive instead of a negative.

Lovely brand new, very stylish hotel. Nice amenities, and friendly staff.

Breakfast could be improved to be a bit more extensive. The room service menu wasn't fully updated and when ordered they weren't sure if they had some of the dishes, and drinks were missing. The food from room service was very limited too. Area isn't great in terms of exploring, but a 10 min drive from Beaune which i guess you could walk to in 30-40 min.

Stayed here 5 nights. Wonderful modern hotel which was spotless. The chef was a genius producing exceptional food. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Perhaps it's wrong to single one out but Kevan the bar man is an asset to the establishment. Breakfast was great and they served lovely coffee.

New hotel so everything very new and smart. Lovely room and very comfortable. Very helpful staff. Had been booked as a quick stopover on a long journey so unfortunately unable to enjoy all the facilities.

Could have been a little closer to the town centre. However this meant we could park easily. Balcony not fully painted yet and needed a sweep, but had nice view of surrounding greenery.

They didn’t advise us until we arrived after a long 6 hour drive from Italy that the restaurant was closed. When we looked at the snacks the chef could only prepare a couple of things and wasn’t that helpful. Plus my wife has celiac disease and nothing for her Disappointed as that was one of our must have points which helped us decide on hotel

New hotel. Comfortable beds, Great using of bedrooms and bathroom. Hotel makes an home atmosphere. Really nice and professional stuff on bar and reception. Big strength of the hotel is the private restaurant and SPA zone. Covers at the floor of bar zone also makes comfortable and home atmosphere. After first visit for our family your hotel is on our wishlist for next trips. Thanks and have a great day.

Beautiful decor, ambience, friendly staff, comfortable bed, large balcony, excellent restaurant- and an adorable big dog in reception called Batman.

The only negative was that there were no showers in the spa area. There were two shower rooms, but the showers were not yet installed. There is a 'sensory shower' for using after the sauna, which was lovely, but not suitable for washing in. I used the outdoor shower by the pool instead.

Brand new hotel just by the motorway with steam room and restaurant on site and dog friendly with a smallish area to walk your dog.

We returned within 10 days because our trip had been so great on the way down through France but this time they overcharged us on our final bill, put the prices up and the restaurant was under-staffed. It is an expensive stay.
