Convenient location, not far from motorway, but still no noise of motorway. Also liked the room which was clean and had spacious bathroom, air conditioning, and a restaurant nearby managed by Campanile hotel located next to Premier Classe. Receptionist made a reservation for us for dinner saving time walking back for booking. Parking space was also sufficient around the building.

No kettle in the room, but that was expected after being in other hotels.. looks like it is common not to have it for hotels in France.

Perfectly clean room. Great value for money. Great nights sleep. Calm and tranquil location. Plenty of parking spaces. Safe and secure as usual.

The attitude of the check-in staff left a lot to be desired. We arrived with our cases at the reception, the lady half looked up at us! Went through the process, told us our room location and returned to her mobile phone, her colleagues were attending to other matters. We went in search of the room with our cases, but couldn't find it. We returned with our cases to reception, she smirked at us and this time produced a map to show us how to get to the room, why she didn't do that the first time we did not know. Let me add that one of us was walking with a limp and the other had her arm in a splint. No offer to help. Why are people with so little customer facing skills employed at reception?

The hotel is focused on traveling customers who use it to sleep over before the next trip. For that purpose, it is very well designed, with fast check-in and rooms that are equipped with basics. The beds are very comfortable to give you very good rest. Besides, there are machines with coffee and other things you may need. You can also order food like pizza etc.

The room was a bit bigger than the usual road hotel, at least we could leave our suitcase on the floor. It was simple and humble, enough for one night. Beds confortable. 24h reception was really helpful as we arrived late at night. Big bathroom.

We forgot to request a double bed, and we got 2 small beds, which was uncomfortable sleeping with kids. The bathroom sink was a bit loose, and no hangers for towels. Too flat pillows. There was no place left in the parking. There was no elevator, and we were traveling with kids, therefore it was impossible to come up with a buggy. A bit outside the city, you must have a car. They don't have baby crib/cot.

Easy to find just off the motorway. Quite small rooms but clean and air conditioned. Great for a one night stay as we were travelling through France. Beaune is a 5min drive away and a beautiful town. Breakfast was good value but it was very busy.

Very good basic, clean hotel at reasonable price. Ideal for one night stopover. Bedrooms are small for two people but well maintained and clean. Great location near autoroute and short drive to Beaune town. Good restaurant 200m away. Lots of free car parking

Associated restaurant was expensive

It was cheap and cheerful - just what we needed to get out head down for 6-8 hours. The room was small /snug - but we didn’t need more. The linen was immaculate as was the shower/wc room. Not a watermark to be seen.

Location, really good for a half-way stopover from north to south, and easy to get into Beaune centre for an evening out.

There was a fire alarm in the night, only a false alarm but I thought the staff presence could have been more visible.

Clean, simple, comfortable beds, quiet, great view, great facilities/shop/petrol nearby.

The bathroom was huge! This could be better used as bedroom space. There was nowhere to put our cases really (except the bathroom).
