The location is near Annecy/Geneva and for outdoor walking pursuits. The hotel is clean and was a very handy location for us visiting friends. Excellent boulangerie a few minutes walk away which was great for breakfast. The staff were very kind and friendly. The rooms were a good size and the price was fair. Very clean.

There isn’t a lot going on in the direct vicinity but the hotel is in a great location from which to visit other places

A very good place if you need a night stay before the tunnel, as was in my case. "Ok level" of breakfast, very nice people working there. Free car parking, which fewer and fewer hotels are offering these days. Good price.

The window in my room was open. Through this window came small insects, unfortunately, the hotel was full, and changing the room was impossible. I had with me anti-insect spray and fumigator and problems were solved, but still...

Small hotel with bar outside of town but with superb Bistro nearby! Bakery in case closeby. I choose it due to the possible of jogging along the river not far from hotel. Breakfest standard, starting already at 6! less fruit and vegetable, no croissant only Pau au Chocolat. But nothin seriious. Staf wery warm! Quiet surroundigs, slept with open window. Will.come again

Staff a bit rough, smile to the customers not there all the time, otherwise explanations good and useful, check in very quick. Recommendation: a bit more flexibility to the staff, a bit more kindes and understanding to the customers human side. I know everyone has problems home, but these problems need to remain home in this industry.

We needed a one-night stay after we left our hotel in Italy early due to the noise around the hotel. Campanile Findrol Annemasse Savoie Leman met all of our needs: comfortable beds, a quiet room, and a modern bathroom. The only thing missing was a mini-fridge. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

I have to say it was everything exactly as I expected and so I am extremely satisfied. Really high value for the price paid.

Can be subjective, but a couple of small details were missing for me to rate it a 10: - could provide a complimentary water bottle (as they provide the boiler and coffee/tea) - could provide a small fridge in the room

Good location near Geneva and easy to reach Chamonix also. The room was spacious, clean, large beds, comfortable. Very helpful staff. Free parking. Good wifi. Easy to reach objectives in the area.

There is a "kitchen" smell in the lobby and on the hallways, they should do something about it. Also we found the cost of the breakfast a little bit expensive compared to what we were used in our trip, but that is a subjective matter

Staff were excellent, they were very polite and helpful. I was fortunate to meet staff who all spoke perfect English. The room was lovely and the car park was very handy.

The associated restaurant was very expensive and the coffee machine in the morning didn't work properly and instead splashed hot coffee onto my legs.

Very nice and clean rooms. It is a great hotel for someone using car to explore Geneve and the other cities near the lake of Geneve since it value for money. It has a great breakfat (hint : in case you have reserved without breakfast, there is bakery near the hotel with delicious foods in great price)
