Peaceful and quiet family hotel with lovely breakfast, efficient housekeeping, good AC, and great staff. Loved having our breakfast on the terrace, which is really lovely and has a beautiful decor. The restaurant is great too and has live music. Easy and fast transportation to the city/train station/airport thanks to tram and bus nearby and included Geneva Transport Card! Felt at home Chez Maman!

The hotel is not in the city centre and is by a big busy road/industrial area but honestly once in the hotel compound you forget completely where it is. In fact, we were delighted not to have changed our booking because of this. We were so happy to go back to our little haven of peace after spending all day walking around the city.

Amazing place, immaculate, clean. Comfy beds, room very spacious. Transport is close, so no problems traveling to city centre. Staff very welcoming, helpful and polite. Definitely returning to this place next time in Geneva.

We like everything! (Not a problem for us) This is a restaurant - hotel with live music at night. Our room was isolated enough for having a perfect sleep. And we even liked the fact there is music at the restaurant. Consider / send a message to the staff if you have difficulty at sleeping, and if there is a room far from the restaurant.

Super nice spot just outside the center. Little green oasis in a bit of an industrial area. Parking for our high car in front of the door. The room was spacious and equipped. Our dog could stay over no problem. Dinner in the garden (weekdays only) was super! Compared to NL not the cheapest for I think reasonable for Swiss. The food was superb, wine also! The staff is very lovely. Breakfast was also nice. We had a really good stay in Geneva

The lady who greeted us & checked us in was fantastic and really put us at ease straightaway (I wish we'd got her name, she was amazing and made us feel very welcome). She upgraded our room to the apartment which was really great as the apartment was incredible. The location in relation to the centre of Geneva was great (it was sandwiched inbetween a road, a garage and an industrial building but that didn't matter at all as it was out of the centre of town and a short walk to the tram and the hotel itself was well worth it). Beds were extremely comfy and the air conditioning was much appreciated.

We only had one issue when the waitress ordered the wrong main course for me at dinner (she said she didn't speak much English so I'd even pointed to it on the menu). I had to sit and watch my husband eat and he'd finished by the time I got my correct meal, so it would have been nice if they'd taken his meal back and served a fresh one when mine was ready so that we could eat together (after all it was their mistake). On the plus side, the food itself was delicious.

Everything. The staff were so friendly and they upgraded my room for no reason! It was so comfy - the bed was amazing and the room was enormous. The bathroom and shower were fantastic and huge. The soundproofing was wonderful and the jar of candies was a nice touch! Breakfast was tasty with a good variety and delicious coffee. The transport links into the city are excellent - there's a bus stop across the road and a tram stop up the hill, both of which have you in the city centre in 4 stops. The hotel also provides the Geneva Card so public transport is free anyway. I didn't eat at the restaurant on-site but judging by its popularity, I'm sure it's excellent.

Nothing, it was lovely

We really liked the hotel. It has a very nice atmosphere and the staff was great! Especially Juliet was exceptional. The restaurant food was great as well! Even the Hotel is located a but further away in an industrial zone we had free public transport passes so could go anywhere.

They had loud music every night finishing at about 11pm at the restaurant which you can hear in the room if you have your window open. They providied ear plugs in the room, that helped.

The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very kind. Even though it was a little bit outside of the city center, it was well connected with public transportation with the alternatives of bus and tram. They also offer you free ticket for public transportation.

None really. Our room (the junior suite) doesn't have any windows or balcony directly opening to outside. However, it was quite easy to step outside garden. There was a small hall between the room door and garden.

The room was spacious and clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would have liked to eat in the restaurant but our son is extremely fussy with food. But I’m sure that if we had asked then the restaurant would have adapted for his needs. We had a couple of drinks in the bar which was nice.

I think that we would have perhaps chosen somewhere within walking distance of the city centre but that was our mistake.

Friendly and very helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean, we loved the atmosphere in the restaurant with the live piano music. Closed enough to the city center and easy access to tram and buses ( free Geneva transport card from the hotel which can be used all around the city and airport). Easy to check in and out as it can be also done online.

Convenient location, close to bus/tram stop. Also they provide transportation card, so the bus/tram travels are basically free of charge. The restaurant is fantastic if you plan to have dinner there.

The road near the hotel is busy, also at night. I sleep with windows open to get enough fresh air, so the car noice was waking me up all night. There was an air purifier in the room, but it was also quite loud.
