Hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms on the small side (particularly the bathroom), though functional. Towels changed after 24 hrs, but bed not touched. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive. All staff very helpful - when they were there. Situated on the edge of a rather unpreposessing industrial area with easy access from a main road out of Geneva. 2 nice restaurants nearly, but accessed on foot along the rough edge of an unpavemented road which didn’t feel very safe, specially in the dark. Having read about the difficulties accessing the hotel ‘out of hours’ we ensured we arrived when the reception desk was manned. We watched a fellow guest arriving late in the evening, who had no info re how to check in without human contact, necessitating a call to the ‘help number’. Bedroom keypads, rather than keys, caused confusion for our elderly travel companion.

Not a bad simple hotel. There is a McDonald's nearby and parking is available The room was cleaned almost every day. For a day or two, it's perfect. Availability of air conditioning.

I would not say that it reaches 3 stars, because after 4 days I got a little tired of breakfast, it is quite poor, but still enough to have a quick snack. I was alone in the room, but it's a bit cramped for two people. All the curtains have holes in them.

The reception closes after 20:30 o'clock. There was a machine at the entrance so people should do their own check in but we were afraid before arrival because if there was a problem, how it could be solved?

There was no one at the hotel after 8 o'clock in the afternoon.

I often stay here for work. Three great little restaurants just 5mins walk away and if you cant be bothered with that there is a McDonalds opposite. Its quiet, cheap and comfortable with just enough ticks in all the right boxes

A few more facilities would be nice. The vending machines in reception do not take cards, just cash

I made a request for a quiet and clean room, which it was. I asked in advance for extra pillows but they were not in the room on arrival, however the reception fixed that quickly. Comfortable bed and linen Great shower Use of microwave and dining area attractive and clean

The air conditioner/heating control did not work.

I booked the hotel as a stopover on the way to Chamonix (and also as a cheap alternative as I didn't want to spend 200+ for one night). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the receptionist was very nice as well. For the price it's unbeatable if you are just looking for a place to spend the night in.

Fresh linen and towels. My additional requests via email were met per extra pillows and quiet room. Secure car parking Restful nights sleep. Use of microwave and small dining area Good shower.

Air conditioning/ heater failed to work.

Wonderful & peaceful location. The hotel is very clean. You can have a nice breakfast in a nice breakfast location. Air conditioning, clean showers, clean everything :) And also you can watch some beautiful sunsets <3 Really nice. Very close to the Switzerland border ( 500 meters away) , but a bit far from Geneva (19 km by bike, to the city center) . But overall, really nice. Also, McDonalds is right in front of the hotel if you are really hungry and you can stomach McDonalds :)

Considering that we stayed only one night with the intention of visiting Geneva, we are generally satisfied with our stay.

It happened to me that I could not connect to the Internet for unknown reasons.
