A great little spot to stay the night before an early crossing back to the UK. Hotel was nice, clean and relaxed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Also, my children enjoyed it and it felt safe to have them up to the room on their own etc. Much needed comfort after a long day in the car! The hotel itself is right in the middle of Calais too and after some recent improvements, Calais was very pleasant to walk around and look at shops. Worthy of note it’s that there is a large Carrefore (like a Tesco) in the shopping centre across the road so we could pick up snacks and drinks and do bits of shopping. Less than ten minute drive to Le Shuttle terminal. Will definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel itself only has street parking which is limited. There is a 24hour multi-storey nearby which costs €11 to stay overnight. Ideally, the hotel would work some type of deal with the car park for free/discounted parking or maybe they could reserve spots on the road outside. Not a major problem though. Will stay here again next time.

The 24 hr reception was important as we were arriving on alate euro tunnel crossing and the reception member of staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was superb- wide choice of options and plenty of it.

Unfortunately, the corridor we were on was noisy in the night with people arriving /leaving/taking showers/talking and the whole room shook when someone slammed their room door

The family room was split into two rooms but behind another security door which gave my son of 14 some independence and piece of mind for me that he was safe next door. Beautiful rooms and very comfortable stay. Staff were fab.

Good location, 10 minute walk from the Calais train and bus station. Convenient for the Navette bus from the ferry terminal. (remember, the Navette stops at 19.00 and doesn't run on a Sunday). Friendly reception and clean room. Places nearby to eat and drink.

We loved the whole vibe of this place with excellent location and super friendly team. Would be very happy to return and would head straight here if we were planning a stay in Calais again.

Arnaud !! he was fantastic! made our stay very happy and he was very welcoming, a great guy! all the staff were absolutely lovely. the food was brilliant and the drinks were affordable and lovely. there was a pool table there and the hotel was family friendly.

the rooms were adequate but we could have definitely done with some extra pillows. would have been great to an English Channel

Comfortable room, but a kettle would have been welcome, although we could get hot water from the reception bar. Very central, and easy to find restaurants and bars in the city center. All in all a good place to stop on the way to or from Francen back to the UK.

A kettle in the bedroom would be an excellent plus.

We always like to use the hotel when we come over from Dover. The hotel is clean, functional, well placed and the staff are sooo nice and speak English. It's always nice to get a drink in the bar and the breaksfast is great value.

The hotel is well located, not far from the tunnel/ferry terminal and close to many restaurants and parks. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming to our dog. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend.

Great central location close to station, the reception and housekeeping teams are wonderful, and the room comfortable and spacious. Love staying here.
