Amazing location,our goal was to go to beaches around,we went to beautiful cliffs,small and cute hamlets,historical towns.All within 30km. Hotel is just 5min walk from McDonalds and 7minutes from a huge shopping center. Hotel was clean,room was tiny(toilet and shower too) but it was enough for us. Staff very friendly.

Breakfast was very simple,every day the same stuff(we were there for 4days). I was quite angry with the doors of the rooms,you had to close them with quite a power,otherwise they stay open..and of course it made a lot of noise(annoying at night or early in the morning). We had a dog with us and to go on the grass outside the hotel was very risky,poo everywhere,I know it is not hotel's fault but still annoying.I do not get why people do not clean after their dogs.

15 mins to the ferry terminal. Good for 1 nights stay. Bed was comfy, shower good pressure. We had paid for breakfast, good selection of breads, condiments, scrambled egg was the best I have ever eaten. The lady on duty for breakfast was lovely very friendly and helpful. No problem with parking.

The bed sheets although looked laundered had some black marks on the duvet cover. There were only 2 bath towels no hand towel. Couldn't figure out how to use the soap dispenser next to the sink or in the shower.

Very clean and quiet hotel we check in late, so used self check-in machine! If you book more than one room, on self check in machines, you have to do check in for all separate rooms. Definitely recommend this hotel for a quick break.

On booking, said that there should be two connected rooms, but obviously, we got two separate. But there was not big issue.

We arrived late in the evening and had a bit of trouble understanding which code we were supposed to use in order to gain access through the front doors. We rang for help using the intercom available but were still left a little confused. Eventually a French speaking father and son kindly helped us and despite the language barrier, we managed to decipher the code to our room. The room was clean and tidy, toilet was a little on the tight side but the shower was a good size, with excellent water pressure and hot water. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice view from the room. The staff member who served us breakfast was so lovely, really helpful and kind, she had a warm, friendly face first thing in the morning.

Very convenient location close to the channel tunnel. En suite and adequate facilities for an overnight stay. The adjacent restaurant serves food to a late hour, ideal after arriving from a long journey. Reasonable breakfast.

Automated check-in clearly a little complicated for some judging by the slow moving queue.

Ideal location to get to LeShuttle. We were late to check in but we could do so by their self check-in machine. Good shower. On site parking and easy access to eating and shopping outlets.

The size of the shower room and the toilet is very small. Water comes out from the shower room. Some wall paints are coming off.

Excellent location very friendly and welcoming staff.The Room was very clean and tidy but sadly let down by poor mantinence because the shower bracket was broken so you needed to hold the shower head in your hand plus the heating didn't work otherwise everything was fine.

Some noise due to fact we had a ground floor room near reception- normally preferable but I think we were just unlucky in that contractors were undertaking work overnight.

This is the third time we have stayed here and the warm welcome from sliva and her team is always very welcomed, sliva has again been so helpful it makes our stay easier and always a welcome with our 3 small dogs. Perfect stay for warm welcome, very comfortable bed, very good breakfast, close to many restaurants and so close to the tunnel, perfect stop over

Great location, can walk to City Europe and restaurants. Shower and toilet were separate in the room all of which were very clean.

Corridors were a bit grubby but rooms were very clean. Small litter bin outside the entrance was over-flowing.
