We have stayed overnight in this hotel on numerous occasions. It's very easy to find with lots of enclosed parking and the people who run the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are always very clean, as are the communal areas, and the decor is very attractive (my favourite colours!). The breakfasts are always good with plenty of choice - empty dishes are quickly replenished.

The rooms are a bit small but quite OK for an overnight stay. There's a lot fitted into the small bathrooms but, personally, we can't help feeling that a bath is really unnecessary, a walk-in shower or cubicle would be better and take up a little less space.

Cute quirky little hotel, old fashioned with character. Helpful receptionist who carried my case up one flight of stairs as there is no lift. Restaurant nearby. Very comfy bed, radiator in room and heated towel rail in bathroom. Breakfast OK. Great location for Eurotunnel. Small room & bathroom but perfectly adequate for one night. Safe free parking on site, gate is locked at 10pm and then you need the code to enter it.

No lift but our room was on the first floor and the receptionist carried my case up (as I am unable to lift heavy things). Though there was a restaurant nearby there was only one thing on the menu that appealed to us. There was only one towel each but we didn’t realise until the morning when it was too late to ask for another. The milk tasted very strange at breakfast so I drained my cereal so I didn’t have much.

Really helpful, patient, and kind receptionists/ managers. On the day of arrival, we were delayed, so due arrival after reception closed. Messaged via Booking.com, and they replied with clear instructions. The same when we've called a previous stay. Welcoming the next morning and helpful. Secure parking, quiet and comfortable beds ensured good night's sleep for all 5 of us and our dog. We likely the connecting doors, as gives peace of mind for us parents, and privacy for teenage sons. PS great bakery/patisserie/chocolaterie in Coquelles village (but no coffee). Good restaurant next door (we haven't tried in-house yet as too long and unpredictable a journey from North of England to book in advance.

All good. It is much better than the prison-like F1 across the road (shared toilets & showers) and 2/3 B&B hotels at Euro Cité. The 3rd, the 4*, isn't worth the money for 2 rooms for 5.

It’s a good location for the tunnel. Lovely staff who explained everything we needed to know, I was sent a message and a voice message in English to say if we were late the codes for the gate and the door and the room number. There’s a bar if you’d like a drink before 10 pm hotel’s like this don’t usually have that. The room was clean and smelt nice and the bed was comfortable.

The only gripe I have is there isn’t much room where the sink is but for 1 night it isn’t really a problem.

The hotel suited our needs as it was near the Shuttle. The member of staff who was working that day was extremely helpful. He allowed us to secure our bikes inside the hotel and then offered us a change of room (due to an issue). We noticed that he was the only member of staff working and attended to everyone with a calm and pleasant manner. (We think he was called Matt.) Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Bathroom extremely tiny and difficult to move in there.

We didn't stay for breakfast as we had to leave before it was served. The hotel was sufficient for our needs but one night was enough.

We had twin beds which was good but the space between the bed and the wall was minimal and you had to go sideways to get into bed. Also on arrival it was nit explained to us that there was a code on the key to exit the hotel gates on departure. As a result we left the key at reception (unmanned) and did not have the code to leave the property. Fortunately there was someone else leavinf at the same time (6 am) and we were able to leave.

Friendly and helpful gent at reception on arrival. Room was very clean and with all working facilities (in stark contrast to our accommodation on the way out at a different hotel). Location is easy to reach though the name sign is small and obscured from the road, nearby fuel, large supermarket and various eating options. Secure parking which was important as we were on motorbikes. Quiet at night, customers respected the 'silence after 11pm' request as well as the no smoking signs (unlike previous accommodation). Will definitely use again.

Nothing to dislike although it initially took a bit of finding as the sign wasn't visible from the road.

The property replied to our questions fast after we booked. As promised we had a ground floor room with windows to park our motorbikes outside. Breakfast was brilliant, continental breakfast with a twist, there was so much variety n an all you can eat buffet. Secure parking from 10pm to 7am, guests were given a code to gain access. There was a bistro next door that gave discount when staying at the property portions enormous, outstanding quality and staff very hospitable. We had a bath, granted it was small but it was a bath and after riding over thousand miles it was worth it. Beds were comfortable, rooms were small but had everything we needed, they were clean, soap for hair, body n face was included and was sulfate free. 5-10min journey to the euro tunnel There is a bus that takes you to citie europe for free which is 3min walk from the hotel Couldn't have stayed in a better place

There is nothing to dislike about the property , but the bar prices are dear, but beggars can't be choosers

Location is perfect for the eurotunnel especially when doing a late crossing from UK to France. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Secure coded gate on the carpark If you need a late check in they email you the code to the gate and entrance to the hotel to get your key - really easy! There is tea and coffee although only perhaps not quite enough coffee and tea left , milk out but enough for a morning brew. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. Good hot shower Has all the basics you need covered including shower gel. We have stayed a few times here now when we are driving through France from the UK. Friendly staff

The rooms are a little tight on space but for a short stay it's absolutely fine and has everything you need. The shower screen leaks a lot down the bath. We had the same problem when we stayed last year and while they have now put a shower curtain up to go across the inside of the bath and to cover the half shower screen, because the base of the screens arent tight or sealed enough it still leaks. Extra towels are definitely for the floor.

Great location if your using Le Shuttle, has good secure car park. Close to ventures to get evening food. Didn’t do breakfast due to early departure. The rooms are good value for the price, but as a couple we found the rooms are good around the bed a bit tight, not an issue for 1 night given the positives. And the dog came too ……. Charged €10 for the dog , but he was made welcome and there was grass around the premises along with bins.
