The gentleman on the desk (who was also responsible for the breakfast) couldn’t have been more helpful. This is a people friendly/dog friendly hotel.

If we had been staying longer it would have been nice to have a jacuzzi, a sauna and a swimming pool … and maybe gold taps in the bathroom … but that’s not what we wanted. We needed somewhere affordable to spend the night whilst on the long car journey home (UK) and, whilst this hotel wouldn’t necessarily suit lovers of luxury, it suited us fine.

Clean and efficient. Good supply of usb sockets. Efficient security process too.

Rooms were incredibly small but I’m used to boats so didn’t really bother me but other members of the group weren’t as accommodating. I left a power supply and the hotel stopped communicating with me (I had an opportunity to change my plans to call back for it) so in the information it states that all items will be recovered but the detour wasn’t viable unless I’d had confirmation.

Perfect location for a night before travelling back to the UK, the location was great, quick trip to the Shuttle and near to supermarkets and Restaurants. The automated check in was easy, codes not keys for the comfortable room, as a lone female traveller, I felt safe.

The room was clean and comfortable, but basic, It is the budget option, so be aware that the rooms do not have tea and coffee facilities. The showers and loos are clean, but shared facilities, I was there on Saturday night and never had to wait to use the bathrooms.

Easy to get to from Tunnel Rooms small but exactly what was needed Showers and toilets are plentiful down the corridor in individual pods - very clean Cafe on site but plenty of other options nearby including a lovely Boulangerie 5 mins drive

Beds were very hard Check in is self service which is expected for the price but arriving late you need to figure out how to get into the car park first then checkin to get the car in

How clean it was for a quite basic hotel, it does what it promises, a safe, clean hotel to get your head down for the night, before taking the Eurotunnel or Ferry and it's pet friendly. The rooms are very small, but the beds are super comfy with crisp clean linen, spotlessly clean everywhere and would definitely stay again.

Poor breakfast; not as before when we have stayed here. At 8.30 bread options limited - no croissants, cold meats or chesses and all fruit had gone. Some guests had taken extra bananas for midday snacks likewise the croissants and cheese. With still 1 hour to go before breakfast finished we were more than a little disappointed.

The location was excellent as it was near the port. The cost of the room for what we had was also excellent. The hotel and space itself is extremely secure and gated, and we felt safe to leave our car outside.

The WiFi could be better as it kept disconnecting and another mirror in the bedroom would be nice.

The hotel is really well located for a stopover before or after Le Shuttle. It’s clean and well designed. It’s very quiet; we didn’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside. Breakfast was fresh and adequate. The price was excellent. There is a chain restaurant 1 min walk away.

Very basic functional hotel in a good location only 10 minutes from Le Shuttle and close to the beach. Nice restaurant opposite. Room was small but everything we needed for a 1 night stop over. Breakfast was good value.

Definitely a budget option with small basic room and en-suite but this is to be expected with the low price.

Budget hotel for an unbeatable price. Rated accordingly:) Room is small but very clean, bed was surprisingly comfortable, that’s all I needed for a quick stopover. Other bonuses: Close to eurotunnel terminal, locked parking with designated spots for motorcycles, possible to attach lock to special poles. Very convenient.

Didn’t have the breakfast, but the coffee machine had good cheap coffee for one and a half euros.
