Easy to get to from the channel tunnel. We stayed the night to split up our longer travel so being this close to the tunnel was ideal. People said the amount of police was a negative but it filled me with some confidence in the security of the area. The room was well laid out and tidy. The toilet room and bathroom were separate. The shower pressure and heat was really good.

It wasn't clear if the "mini bar" would have charged us. Also the "mini bar" could've been mistaken as the previous customers left overs as it was just a small handful of bits shot in a mini fridge. There was coffee, tea and biscuits but the biscuits were open and one was missing. I assume it had been eaten and left by the previous customers.

The hotel is in an ideal place if you are travelling back to the UK from Southern France - or if you are travelling South. It's very comfortable and the rooms are spacious and cosy. There is also an excellent bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's a small bar and relaxation area next to reception if you want a drink. Parking is easy and very safe (as the border force police use the hotel). Last but not least, you are a short walk from Cite Europe - a large shopping mall with hundreds of places to buy anything you can think of. It was a little busy for us but we were able to pick up some last minute gifts from Carrefour.

I have stayed there a lot and there were a few subtle changes this time, for example no bar available on site any more (albeit you can go next door to their other hotel). We always get a suite as 4 of us and the drinks/food in the mini bar have been very much reduced a minor thing again but it was these kind of things that make the hotel stand out. Considering the prices have gone up considerably and it is quite an expensive stay comparatively I think these items do need addressing. All this said we will continue to use this hotel it's just disappointing to see it almost take a backwards step

Our room was spacious even for family of four. We had lovely bathroom with bath & large shower cubicle along with a separate toilet. The staff were lovely and friendly. Easy check in/check out. They don’t do any pm/eve meals but we went across the road where there are a selection of places to eat. Very quiet peaceful stay. 12 o’clock check out is good too.

The hotel is one of 4 in a group. The car park for all 4 is at the rear and this area looks very drab and a bit rundown. A large section of the parking is taken up by security/police vans and at first that worried me, especially as we had 2 children with us - I thought it meant there might be trouble in the area. However, I presume it is due to the proximity of the hotel to the Eurotunnel/port. It does put you off as you first arrive around the back of the hotel.

Arrived late for an overnight stopover. Easy to find, reception staff were lovely and welcoming. Rooms were of a decent size, comfort etc, breakfast was ample without being extravagant. Secure parking onsite was provided too. Room had Tea/coffee making facilities, TV, Microwave and aircon.

Not a place to stay for a length of time. Showers and toilet facility felt like an ikea flat pack set up in a plastic box. However, very clean, adequate and not a complaint by any means. Not a fan of adjoining room doors.

The room was spacious with a small area with sink and mini fridge. The bed was comfortable and there are blackout blinds to keep out the early morning light. The bathroom had both a bath and separate shower with good water pressure. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We stayed one night - the night before taking Le Shuttle to return to the UK.

It was a little more expensive than we paid the night before leaving England at at a UK budget hotel but this hotel was lots better.

We have stayed here before and it is so convenient for the euro tunnel as it's only a 5min drive once you leave the euro tunnel. We had issues with heavy traffic and we were late for our channel tunnel crossing and arrived at the hotel at 4am instead of our planned 10pm. The staff were fantastic on the 24hr reception and we were in our room and sleeping very quickly once we arrived. A relief to a very stressful journey! We will stay here again as we can't fault the hotel. It's very comfortable, clean and convenient.

Been staying here before and after longer trips in Europe for years. Probably since it was built. You always know what you are going to get, it’s always spotlessly clean, staff are lovely and best of all it is really dog friendly.

It would be brilliant to be able to get BBC1 as well as The World Service on the TV. Most other European hotels have at least BBC1 and BBC2, however it really is not a big deal.

Perfect location, ideal family room with plenty of space for us all, we liked the curtain to separate the 2 sleeping areas. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We appreciated the refreshments in the fridge and the dressing gowns after a bath were a lovely touch after a long day of travelling.

We would have appreciated some milk in the fridge for the tea/ coffee. I felt it was a little overpriced compared to some other hotels nearby

Excellent hotel, a 2 minute drive (if that) from the euro centre and right next to the shuttle. Was a perfect one night stay for me and my family after a week at Disney before heading home on the shuttle. Clean room, refreshments in the fridge complimentary, beds comfortable and staff were friendly on arrival and very helpful. Also upgraded our rooms for no extra! Would stay again when we visit France again :)
