We had two suites (one being an Executive Suite) - they were good size rooms. A small kitchenette area with fridge and microwave was provided, along with tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were helpful. The location is great for Le Shuttle and there is a large shopping centre with plenty of places to eat in the vicinity. There are several beaches just a short drive away too. The air conditioning wasn't working in the Executive Suite but staff sent someone to look at it very quickly. When it couldn't be fixed, they provided a floor standing fan and offered compensation in the form of free breakfast for all five of us.

The breakfast was fine as we were not paying for it, but it is a bit overpriced for the selection and quality of the food on offer.

The hotel is within easy reach of the Eurotunnel and shopping in Cité Europe. We have stayed in both the 3* and the 4* hotels and we prefer the 4*. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good value for money and drinks at the bar were reasonably priced. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The parking is great and we appreciate being able to take our dog in all areas of the hotel, including at the edge of the restaurant area.

The room is starting to look a little tired and it is a shame that disposable cups are used for hot drinks but neither would put us off going again.

Easy to get to from the channel tunnel. We stayed the night to split up our longer travel so being this close to the tunnel was ideal. People said the amount of police was a negative but it filled me with some confidence in the security of the area. The room was well laid out and tidy. The toilet room and bathroom were separate. The shower pressure and heat was really good.

It wasn't clear if the "mini bar" would have charged us. Also the "mini bar" could've been mistaken as the previous customers left overs as it was just a small handful of bits shot in a mini fridge. There was coffee, tea and biscuits but the biscuits were open and one was missing. I assume it had been eaten and left by the previous customers.

The hotel is in an ideal place if you are travelling back to the UK from Southern France - or if you are travelling South. It's very comfortable and the rooms are spacious and cosy. There is also an excellent bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's a small bar and relaxation area next to reception if you want a drink. Parking is easy and very safe (as the border force police use the hotel). Last but not least, you are a short walk from Cite Europe - a large shopping mall with hundreds of places to buy anything you can think of. It was a little busy for us but we were able to pick up some last minute gifts from Carrefour.

Perfect stopover. Modern, clean, purposeful, and functional for a eurotunnel crossing. Safe and secure. Staff friendly helpful approachable. Good parking and plenty of choice for meals or shopping nearby. Venues are attached as part of a larger complex and shared with staff engaged with working and securing the border facility. Very happy with our stay and the buffet breakfast before our morning crossing. Would definitely stay again to break up the travel and rest before a long drive.

I have stayed there a lot and there were a few subtle changes this time, for example no bar available on site any more (albeit you can go next door to their other hotel). We always get a suite as 4 of us and the drinks/food in the mini bar have been very much reduced a minor thing again but it was these kind of things that make the hotel stand out. Considering the prices have gone up considerably and it is quite an expensive stay comparatively I think these items do need addressing. All this said we will continue to use this hotel it's just disappointing to see it almost take a backwards step

Convenient and easy to find, this hotel is the perfect stopover in Calais en route to/from Eurotunnel. Previously the Suite hotel, it is still - basically - following a very similarly upmarket model, and has some lovely touches in the very spacious rooms - dressing gowns, slippers, tea and coffee etc as well as very good air con, a microwave and quality shower/bathroom area. Unfortunately we had too little time to try breakfast so cannot comment on it!

this was a really nice and pleasant experience and the staff were great always there to help if needed. the room i got was amazing big spacious and really nice layout. bed's were really comfy and the shower was really powerful and warm, also located right next to alot of shops and food places which is ideal

only downfall was there was a bit of damp/mould growing just above the windows in room 503. not a massive amount but noticeable

Our room was spacious even for family of four. We had lovely bathroom with bath & large shower cubicle along with a separate toilet. The staff were lovely and friendly. Easy check in/check out. They don’t do any pm/eve meals but we went across the road where there are a selection of places to eat. Very quiet peaceful stay. 12 o’clock check out is good too.

The hotel is one of 4 in a group. The car park for all 4 is at the rear and this area looks very drab and a bit rundown. A large section of the parking is taken up by security/police vans and at first that worried me, especially as we had 2 children with us - I thought it meant there might be trouble in the area. However, I presume it is due to the proximity of the hotel to the Eurotunnel/port. It does put you off as you first arrive around the back of the hotel.

Great size room for a family. Separate bath and shower in the bathroom Coffee machine (stocked) in the room and a microwave! Television on wheels meant the kids could watch telly in the bath 🙃 or in any of the beds. Walking distance to the shopping centre.

The police had taken over half the car park, not really a bad thing as we felt very safe but it seems they use these B&B hotels as a base
