The manager we had during our arrival is very friendly and helpful beyond his duties. We booked this hotel on our trip to and again on our trip back from Spain. For us it’s our favorite and we will surly use it on our next trip.

There isn’t anything that comes to mind. Staff is friendly, rooms are good. We had a long and tiring road-trip and we completely relaxed here and had a great sleep.

The location was the prime reason for choosing but were very pleased when we saw the room good size, desk with 2 chairs a mirror over part a a dressing table, bath room good size shower much larger than most. my only improvement would be to have a kettle.

Why do Hotels with the access to the Internet not have a selection of different language programs, my complaint at most Hotels is that the towels are only large enough for adults.

Turned up at 22:00 with reception checking us in with ease after a very long drive. Rooms super clean and tidy, with kids loving the buffet style breakfast.

Had to have two rooms for the six of us. Would have been nice if there was an option for interconnected rooms.

Easy to find and check in. Just off dual carriage way with restaurantes easily accessible. Carrefour 1min drive away for fuel and shopping. Roms were fine and stayed in a dog friendly room. Plenty of onside parking. Always stopover here on way to Spain and back

The shower must have been leaking under base as carpet in room at otherwise of it was soaking and my jacket got wet where arm was trailing off seat in this area. Reported to reception.

Good place to have a stop while travelling by car, with a very good restaurant nearby, nice staff, air-conditioning, elevator and free parking.

There was no omelet for breakfast, only eggs (but they can be boiled manually), one of our rooms had a little bit of old smell (but this didn't affect us much)

Staff really helpful and friendly. Very clean and room comfortable. Bathroom small but adequate Location easy to find and a couple of eaterys locally Breakfast was good as eggs, meat and cheese offered along with breads, croissants etc (which I cannot eat)

We were a couple but only one bath towel, one cup and one shampoo. Could do better there. Small annoyance.

I booked a barrier free room and was pleased how big it, and the bathroom were. The room was attractive and contributed to our stay. We were allowed to check in early, much appreciated as it was raining.

Breakfast was minimal choice, coffee from a machine. Boil your own egg, didn’t bother, a little cheese, basic quality ham. Wasn’t worth having!

Very clean and quiet. literally a few minutes off the main road.

Breakfast was adequate, but as other travellers mentioned could have been restocked quicker. No bowls for cereal, all 3 jams/marmalade jars had run out. They were replaced but maybe start to replace a little sooner, but not a major issue.

Great location. Ideal for a stopover and close to motorway. Quiet, clean room and comfortable bed. Pleasant staff

The wifi was useless as it had no Internet access The shower didn’t have a thermostat and fluctuated between cold and hot

Nice clean room with decent facilities, Good breakfast. Dogs welcome and close to dog walking around lake. Close to a couple of nice restaurants and other shopping. Suited us great for an overnight stay on way south.

Gypsy camp in next car park gave me some concern but was all ok.
