Great location : easy to walk into the centre of Issoire, which is an interesting and characterful town. Good parking within the hotel grounds. Good breakfast. Very welcoming staff. Good for dog owners and their pets. The reception desk is staffed throughout 24 hours. We would definitely stay here again.

Although a very good buffet breakfast is available, there is no restaurant - which isn’t made clear on google (maps), etc. This isn’t too bad, as town centre restaurants are very close. The hotel instead offers a limited choice of meals, from the fridge and re-heated : however, these are of mixed quality, especially the accompanying vegetables.

Fabulous place, perfect for a stopover, very near the motorway (yet v quiet), a pretty town to wander about, superb reception (the girl running the place was amazing, she welcomed everyone delightfully, answered any question, poured drinks from the bar, served food, all with a lovely, calm, friendly attitude) lovely garden and pool to rest in with a spacious room and french windows looking over the pool. Even great car parking, plenty of it and relatively secure.

Difficult to say anything could be better although the food was a little basic.

Such a good hotel. Free parking on the street outside. Good location close to central Issoire. The room was big and cosy. Kettle with tea and coffee. Little fridge. Excellent bed. Probably the best shower I've ever had. And the breakfast is unbeatable. I used the pool too - it was reasonably warm at 8am!

The light from the fridge is a bit annoying - I like total darkness when I sleep! I covered it with clothes!

The hotel rooms were very clean. Very nice stuff 🤩. I have asked for earlier check in. I got the replay that they can not promise anything but do their best. We have arrived at 13:00 and check in was from 16:00. At the reception we got nicely surprised with the room which was already ready for us❤️

Everything was ok.

The location, room size, and staff were exceptional. Our children loved the pool. It was clean, a good size and fenced off from the grassed area. Large, shaded parking behind the hotel, away from the road. Separate bar adjacent to the reception area offering happy hour early evening. Great location to walk into the town, 5 mins walk to the top of the town centre. Easy access from the motorway. Great overnight/short stay option. Lots of bar/restaurant options in the town. Good large wardrobe in our family room. Fridge was empty which allowed us to keep our snacks and drinks chilled.

Bath towels were quite small.

Air con worked well on 37 degree day. Good to have pool. Good size room and bar area.

Limited food available in evening, though quality was good. Frontage of hotel made it look seedy whereas inside it was modern and well decorated. Access to pool via steps missing.

Good sided room, excellent shower, two sets of doors to stop noise from the main road. Excellent breakfast including scrambled eggs and very tasty small sausages. Easy walk into town to a good selection of restaurants

Too early in the season for the pool to be available.

It is an ideal place to stay, very handy to the motorway, very comfortable room and reception area for a drink after a long journey. Very good parking. All the staff, particularly at reception, were very helpful and accommadating.. We would stay there again.

Easy location close to the highway with and free parking made it an easy stay. Staff was helpful and a good breakfast. We’re were delighted to find a bar and lounge with games and a pool table in the lobby for family fun.

Good value for a stopover

Friendly and welcoming staff. Good facilities (especially the pool!). Clean, comfortable hotel within walking distance of the town centre. Decent breakfast too.

Reception/bar area was occasionally understaffed resulting in a wait to be dealt with.
