The dining room was welcoming . The staff were very friendly and the food excellent. Lovely upstairs view from the bedroom but it was rather small . However the bed itself was very comfortable and had good quality linen . Better curtains and curtain rail are needed. We would like to return in the summer when the property would presumably look more like the advertised photographs .

It would have been good to have had a coffee machine or at least a kettle in the bedroom . After a long journey it would have been lovely to have been able to rest in the bedroom with a tea / coffee before super at 7.30pm

It had character and history. The staff were friendly and the dinner was really good standard as well as being good value for money. We also enjoyed the breakfast with a machine to press fresh orange juice. There was a stream running through the grounds and some viewpoints and a little bridge.

Some of the decor was a bit faded and the grounds could do with some renovation but that did not distract much from its charm. Only stayed one night and would have booked there for our return journey but there was not a room available.

The house is absolutely beautiful and set in charming grounds. We had a very warm welcome and there was a friendly vibe on the terrace and in the restaurant

It didn’t matter to us as we were only staying overnight, but the village is completely devoid of facilities or attractions. Time your arrival precisely, as there is no cafe or bar to while away the time until the gates to the Clos open at four.

Charming traditional French Hotel. Nice room. Excellent traditional French Meal waitress served o the Patio. Great Menu. Absolutely perfectly cooked three course traditional French meal. Superb gardens leading to lovely walk along the River Msrne

Could have benefitted from Air Conditioning in the Room.

Fabulous food and very clean and comfortable and very good for dogs. Shower worked well. Good linen and fabulous staff.

Pillows were very uncomfortable room was rather too hot and with no window ( only door which we couldn’t open during night because of dog) it was a bit airless.

We chose the location because it would suit us and it did. The breakfast totally fulfilled our needs. We liked the dining room and to be able to walk in the park ( well kept and with very nice trees, and with the water, of course) and in the village. Very friendly and obliging staff, and most enjoyable food in the restaurant.8

We did not dislike anything..

The friendly and helpful staff were again the stand out feature of this hotel - something that I’ve experienced at other Logis hotels and encourages me to book again.

It’s an English thing, and I realise it’s not the tradition in the continent, but I do miss having a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea in the morning. 😊

Lovely peaceful overnight stop on our way back from skiing. Excellent value room, breakfast and evening dinner. Lovely old main building. A great find.

The hotelier gave us a room in the annex opposite saying it was bigger than one in the main building . We would book one in the main building next time.

Well appointed hotel with excellent facilities. The Japanese style steak at dinner was one of the best I have ever experienced. Well positioned for a stop over on the return journey from the Alps.

This is an oasis in an otherwise unimpressive landscape.

The location, staff, food and general atmosphere was perfect and made for a really lovey vacation. the area around the hotel was well kept and just beautiful.

Nothing at all what an amazing place.
