The room was nice, very clean and comfortable. It is good location, very easy to find from train station. Breakfast was good variety of fruits, cheeses and pastry. Only thing missing was some fresh salat. Everybody were nice and pleasant.

Only thing that i didn't like and that actually disturbed me was the fact that they blocked money for the first night , 2 days after i made reservation, while i still had time to cancel it without any penalties. I wrote to them about this and they explaining this was warranty for cancelation and that i will get back money after i pay at arrival. At arrival after paying for the full period they said that they will return me the money after checking out. At the check out they told me they will release the money after they checked if i have consumed anything from the mini bar. It has been one week since i came back from the trip and they still didn't do so. Which i find quite disturbing.

Comfortable lounge. Very helpful staff. Some of the signage was confusing, like the directions to the parking garage and the signs for the hotel parking spaces were very small. We missed them and parked in wrong space. Be aware if you rented anything but a small car, find another place to park. It took a very long time to maneuver our 5 passenger car out. The breakfast was excellent. A real value for a buffet with eggs, fresh orange juice, breads, waffles and real maple syrup. There are two hotels that share the lobby. The Crequi has smaller halls and rooms. The Bonnel is larger and more expensive. There is a shared Fitness room which was good. The location is great. We walked to the train station, restaurant and museums.

The room was a little worn. The TV was an older model which didn’t support casting. The WIFI worked unreliably.

Best Western Lyon was an amazing experience. The lady at check-in was warm, kind, and welcoming from start to finish, and the check-out process was smooth with plenty of smiles. The hotel is in a calm area, and the rooms were neat, with a nice view. The bathroom was clean, and there was 24/7 hot water for showers. I also appreciated the free-flowing water available for guests. A fantastic stay overall, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing I could remember.

Walkable from station ( about 20 - 25 minutes). . Ten minutes / quarter of an hour to city so did not need public transport. Room was good . We were on ground floor facing courtyard - more motel style. Water fountain available in hallway with bottles to fill. Really handy on a very hot weekend.

Could have done with a lounge area possibly.

Fantastic staff, great breakfast and fairly modern rooms. Safe, extra pillows, water boiler with complimentary coffee all contributed to a great stay, and complimentary soap and skin cremes were a nice extra bonus. Our room was completely quiet, with no noise from the surrounding cityscape.

The blinds in our room required a bit of extra work to get down, but nothing some quick maintenance can't fix.

It’s central and has a lovely garden in the middle. Also has a car park which is safe so we did not have to worry about that

We stayed on a Saturday so it was noisy at point but I think it’s because it was Saturday otherwise very quiet location

Very friendly staff, super clean rooms, great location close to Rhone river, as well as many bus, metro and tram stops, and even a supermarket.

Air conditioning was not very powerful to cope with hot Summer temperatures. It would have been nice to have smart TVs in the rooms to watch Netflix.

Very good breakfast, wide range of food items. Comfortable beds. 20 minute walk to Place Bellecourt and 10 minutes to Part Dieu train station. Restaurants nearby. But in a pinch, a very good supermarket next door.

Room given was above smokers' corner and smoke would waft into open window.

Beautiful hotel with quiet courtyard where you can enjoy a break from the touring the city. The room was spacious and very clean. Beds were some of the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve slept in. Breakfast was very good and all the staff were very friendly. Great stay!

Great location, walking distance from the train station as well as almost walking distance from the old town If not, a tram station is one block away. And just next to the hotel, there is a grocery store. I had a room with the window directly on the street, but with amazing soundproofing - I could see cars passing by just a few meters away, but I did not hear a thing.

The shower should have a curtain otherwise the floor is wet every single time you have a shower.
