Great staff. Good cappuccino

My friends paid less but received a complimentary tea and coffee tray. They received more pillows. No proper response was provided for inconsistencies with room items for the same room configuration with pricing. Hoping for clarification and improvement for standardization or it becomes a discriminatory practice. Thank you for the opportunity to provide constructive feedback. Kindly.

It was clean, shower was hot and powerful, quiet. I had to quickly find something because of emergency. I think the price was bit hight for the standard and location but I am not complaining. Receptionist was helpful. I actually had a good sleep. A bus stop nearby which would take you to more central area.

It was bit out of the way for me, but emergency, so the only one I found available. Dated but I wasn't there for the decor. For the purpose was absolutely fine.

What a wonderful surprise this hotel is, it might not be brand new but it has everything you need. But the biggest surprise is the amazing staff, nothing was a problem. A great friendly family atmosphere. We had a wonderful welcome, wonderful service, I slept like a baby at night, and enjoyed our stay, If I go back to Marseilles, I would stay there for sure.

There was nothing I found to be a problem.... but maybe the decor could use updating...

The pool was dirty , it needed a bit of a clean up outside the property and pool area ?No fridge , kettle , Air conditioning was a bit strange , couldn’t adjust it ourselves .The property had control

Bed was very confortable. The room very clean and spacious. There is also a swimming that I did not use. Terrace for breakfast was really nice. Breakfast quality was ok.

There could be (more) fresh fruits at breakfast. And better coffee.

A traditional Ibis. You know what you are getting. A comfortable bed, good shower, friendly staff.

The location is very far from the citycenter and you can't really use public transportation or you will use a full hour to get to city center. Uber will take 15 minutes to reach the hotel on average.

Casual , good place for visiting Stade Vélodrome at RWC23. Also dinner included which was actually just right after a night at the rugby .Good breakfast . Very helpful staff .

I was shocked when I saw there was no refrigerator in my room!

You would be lucky to find anywhere cheaper and ok. Not too far from the beach. Room small, basic but comortable and cool. It's a casual easy going hotel. Good for a short cheap break. 20-25 minutes walk from the beach.

No vegatarian or vegan evening meal options. But the simple breakfast is fresh and just right. Bathroom old but fuctional and not alot of water pressure but just about ok.
