Apartment was very nice, very comfortable beds and enough space for 4 of us, location was excellent for my plan of holidays (planed beach holiday). Room was clean. I didnt want anyone to clean my room, did it myself , everything that I did need was available outside the room. Ladies at the reception was extremely helpful, they all had very good English language. Angie, if I am.not making mistake of her name, she was incredibly nice to us. We stayed just for sleep. Room was big and comfortable inside, tidy, with kitchenette, fridge and comfy beds. Fortunately my husband is a very good and experienced driver and he managed to park for free in a tiny space just in front of the main entrance

We booked outside parking for extra fee in advance, but didn't find any empty space there when arrived. The hotel is a bit tired from outside with some rust on the balconies

It was in a great location , parking was good , staff were extremely helpful and spoke good English , it had a great pool .

Despite very simple look of hotel it has a very good service, swimming pool and thoughtfully furnished rooms. The staff, especially on the reception, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, gave us advise on where to go and how best to get there. We had everything needed in hotel room, even an iron, just the hair dryer should be taken on reception. Hotel is quiet, in decent location with several different beaches and shops in the minimal walking distance of 5 minutes and maximal of 20 minutes. Bus stop is very close with the busses going regularly. I highly recommend hotel and will definitely stay there again if I happen to have vacation in Marseille!

An incredible hotel which is located near so many incredible beaches in Marseille which are not super touristy and crowded. The pool is such a plus that many places do not offer for the price that this hotel has. The kitchens in the rooms are also such a bonus and they are fully equipped with anything one could need for a quick meal prep. A coffee machine and tea kettle as well - like there is everything! I found out later on that there was also an iron in the closet which is yet another INCREDIBLE bonus. One of the best things about the hotel is that it is located 5 minutes away from a bus stop and they can pretty much take you anywhere in the city - to the city centre and one of them actually goes also to one of the start points of a easier hiking trail in the Calanques National Park (one more bonus). The staff were also super kind and helpful. I stayed during the wildfire that was happening near Marseille and they helped me figure out how to contact train services in France in order to understand if I will be able to leave the city.

One thing that I found a little bad was that the room floor wasn’t super well cleaned when I arrived. It needed a little vacuuming for sure.

A lovely little room with a balcony with a nice view of the mountains. Lidl was a short walk away and there are cooking facilities in the room, which was excellent for me as I'm vegan and struggled to find places to eat out. The beach was a short walk away and the buses are very accessible, with the closest bus stop being on the main road just outside the hotel. You can get virtually anywhere in Marseille using the bus and metro services. The staff in the hotel were always very friendly too and they offer a breakfast service as well. We didn't use the little pool but it looked very nice. We had a few food and hygiene items left at the end of our stay which we were unable to take with us which they were happy to take off our hands, to avoid them going to waste.

Only complaint I can make is that the shower had a bit of a nasty drain smell!

Probably the best price/value economy style combination one can get with late booking there. There was nothing really special about the place, but it was quite fine - like everything you need and could ever expect in the economy segment. And it's also quite close to the city. Not really a comfortable walking distance, but if you rent an e-scooter, that's fine. The long promenade along the beach is just a few minutes walking away. The breakfast was perfectly fine considering the price. Not the biggest choice, but everything needed. Even two sorts of fresh pancakes! Quiet and a very nice view from the balcony. We did not use the pool, but it looked good for an economy style place. We reserved a closed parking slot in advance, which worked fine. Also was quite easy to find with Google Maps.

As mentioned in other reviews, the state of the facade is a bit disturbing. One might want to use something different as just paint for the external walls near the sea. But that was expected - you also see it on the photos. In fact many houses around look exactly the same. Hence the affordable price, I believe :)

the location was amazing and close to the beach. The easiness of staff was really helpful. They were cute, nice and very helpful. the bed itself was nice. the shower worked pretty good. The cleanness was okay

The bed was 2 single beds - i wanted 1 big bed. The bathtub was a bit small for 2 people. The air-conditioning didn't really cool down the room. Below the doors you hear a lot of sound of others. Maybe an extra electricity socket next to the beds for charging would help a lot. The showertube could be a bit longer

Location is perfect, close to the beach, Parc Borély, and restaurants. Easy access to transit. All of the staff are absolutely lovely, everyone was very friendly and accommodating at all hours of the day. Room was clean and has a kitchenette for quick snacks. They also offer luggage storing which was fantastic for the time between checking out and into another stay. Also a cute cat that comes in and out of the front entrance.

Building itself doesn't do the operation justice; condition of exterior and aging amenities give the impression of a much lesser stay than you will have.

Location close to Park Borely and Beaches, bus station near and there are direct bus to old port. Room with small kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, correlative, kettle, induction cooker) and all staffs (plates, glasses, folk, pots etc). Blanket/towels are clean and were changed twice per 1 week stay. Possible to left baggage for free
