It was an excellent stay at this Novotel. The location was great to explore the city. The morning market in front of the hotel was a very nice add-on to start the day. The staff was exceptional helpful - supported with getting the car securely parked and were available for all questions. And last but not least the staff at the restaurant during breakfast were very welcoming with their happiness and good mood - making the start into the day very easy :-)

The breakfast was tasty, but chaotic, at some points they didn't have plates, forks, bread...it would be grest to have more vegetables.

The room was very comfortable and I enjoy how spacious the executive room was. There was just an endless amount of space and room for me to get ready and to feel comfortable. The wifi was excellent.

My room's air conditioning was not operating to my liking. It stayed pretty warm and toasty when I wanted it to be a little cooler. And no matter what I changed the temperature to it would just stay super warm in the room. The minibar in my room was also malfunctioning. The light flickered on and off all night and it would not cool the drinks to my liking. The drinks always seemed a little warm whenever I took them out of the fridge. There wasn't many options for breakfast in my opinion. I didn't really see much of a variety.

Charlene and Thierry were amazing! Took great care of us, especially of my little one and constantly went above and beyond for us. Really made my little one feel special and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Prado. Great size rooms, great breakfast and lovely atmosphere.

The staff were exceptionally sweet. The two staff members - Samy and Ines - did everything in their power to provide us a comfortable,welcoming and warm stay. They worked above and beyond to provide incredible services for us, e.g. giving recommendations to eat or providing taxis -even when there was a strike. They were extremely nice!!

Friendly staff, good location and excellent breakfast. The major attractions like the old port and Notre-Dame de la Garde can easily be reached by public transportation. Our room was very clean. Good value for money.

Very friendly staff, perfect and very central, close to subway and buses, walking distance from the center. As we are returning to Marseille for short visits regularly this hotel has become our to-go place.

THe room was very big, comfortable and clean. Food was good.

Dinner was overbooked so we had to order the delivery. The parking was a bit expensive, there was no discount with the hotel.

that parking is not available and when I read reviews from other it’s always the problem , and sent us to a parking that had five cars with broken glasses and stolen . for the price of the rooms should have parking even paying one but should be available

It's a very nice hotel and I always stay there when going to Marseille

The toilet is a little high for me so it's not very comfortable .
