Clean, comfortable More spacious than some of the rooms we stayed in

Rude and unapologetic staff We were promised an extra pillow by a staff member When we enquired about it again the other staff member repeatedly shouted back at us they didn't have any all the while she didn't even bother checking if they had any spare ones When we complained to the manager about the staff member raising her voice she advised us this was because "that's just the way she speaks" and claimed she had checked and they didn't have any Except, the staff member never even bothered to leave the reception desk to check... Unhelpful staff who cover each other's backs as opposed to offering a solution.

The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff was nice and we could communicate with most of the staff in English. The location is far from the city center, but there is a metro station very close and the neighborhood feels safe to be outside at night.

The cards to the room didn't work reliably. But the staff was nice and gave us a new set of cards when we asked.

A little away from the city centre but right next to the metro station, so getting anywhere is quick. Breakfast of pastries and scrambled eggs with plenty of beverages. Room clean and particulary well-thought out for a short-term traveller (plenty of shelves and electric sockets).

The location was good for where we were going. Undergound parking was good.

Breakfast area was too small, long queues for coffee and juice. Not enough tables and chairs

The rooms very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the location was just couple of minutes walking distance from a metro station.

No options for coffee/tea or water kettle in the room. The coffee vending machine in the reception was broken. The air conditioning was not working. But the staff immediately changed the room for us.

Staff is very attentive and nice, and honestly the price is fair for what you get. It was a clean hotel, with all the basics and not much extra, but we didn't mind, as we only stayed there for sleep.

It's quite noisy, you hear a lot of what's happening on the streets as well as around you (upstairs, downstairs, in the hallway), but most buildings in Marseille are built like this, not much to do about it. Luckily we were used to city noises, but if you're very sensitive to things like this, be mindful.

Well situated with a 4-min walk to the metro station and close to some bakeries and food chains if you are looking for a quick bite to grab. Staff were welcoming. Room was of a good size and bathroom was clean.

Appears the elevator has been broken down for a while now. The bathroom had a strange smell to it. Beware of mosquitoes at night / or come equipped.

Clean, basic hotel with comfortable beds. Excellent location beside the metro plus coffee shops, some restaurants and the supermarket. The beach is approximately 30 minutes walk. Didn't have breakfast so I can't comment. I would stay here again.

No safe or kettle, no hangers in the room.

Clean, well run, everything worked, it was comfortable and the location was great, access to the metro and buses 200m away. The local area is worth exploring too, some cracking restaurants, cafes and bars. This is a great hotel for the money, very good value. Can’t fault the comfort, beds were great, all the plumbing worked and the shower was powerful. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, always with a cheerful smile. Multilingual too.

Nothing worth mentioning.

The girl at reception speaks italian too and she is very good in her job
