We were staying in Marseille to watch a soccer game at the Stade Vélodrome. This hotel was an impeccable location. I also appreciate the air conditioning after some hot July days on my feet. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They kept our luggage in a secure room for about 6 hours after checkout so we could continue exploring the city before our flight home.

There was nothing bad about the stay. The hotel is the picture of generic, characterless lodging, but it did the job we needed it to do and we were able to sleep comfortably, in a clean space. Breakfast was not included in the price of the room. It was fine, but I would choose something different in the future.

no fuss hotel, located just near the velodrome where we attended an event. Staff are efficient and friendly, managing to get us in a half hour early which was appreciated. Shopping near by is excellent. It’s a 17 euro Bolt ride from city Center. Be prepared , Bolt driver may ask you to pay the toll! it’s inconsistent as on the return we weren’t asked to pay. there is no in room kettle.

The staff make this place . The room was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. if attending an event at the velodrome staying here makes getting there and returning after so easy.

The location of the hotel was excellent for us visiting the sports stadium as an Olympics venue - just a short walk across the street. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We didn't pay for breakfast, although it looked pretty good. For our 1 night stay for our family of 4 the family studio had everything we needed. The front desk staff were happy to store our bags when we wanted to explore the local area in the morning.

I have no comments about things to improve. Our stay was very pleasant, Thank you.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff is nice and willing to help, the location is not very central, but near metro station and has several great beaches within a short ride (or half hour if you walking by foot). Breakfast was very unimpressive except fruit salad, which consisted mostly of pineapple (delicious!) Right after booking we received a message from the staff, instructing us which metro line we need to take and which station to get out on to reach the hotel - which is great and super helpful, cannot understand why other hotels don't do that

Price for breakfast is more or less standard, but breakfast itself is quite disappointing: not much to chose from, and what is served is very average at best. Fruit salad was not bad, but looked weird, probably because it was standing there from the early morning (i hope they don't reuse yesterday's fruit salads). There's a coffee automat in the hall offering coffees with fancy flavor and also soup very cheap, but I absolutely do not recommend - very watery, barely any flavor, the one they offer for breakfast is much better

The location, for any event at the Velodrome, is UNBEATABLE! The rooms were clean and the bed firm but comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is unbelievably quiet, which is a wonderful surprise after a rugby match at the stadium!

The hotel is quite utilitarian, but at this price point that's neither a surprise nor an issue. The bathroom is a bit small, but that's really the only very minor actual complaint--we were pleasantly surprised with this hotel and would gladly stay again for any event at the Velodrome.

The room was clean and comfortable, it is a basic hotel so if you go in with those expectations you will be fine. The room also felt safe to stay in and leave valuables in. There is a free shuttle until midnight or so after the metro stops making it easy to go around. The staff is great as well.

The location itself is a bit far from the center but the metro is right by it

Perfectly located for events (like the Rugby world cup game) with a nice garden area and patio where you can enjoy the extensive breakfast or just chill out during the day. The two dogs were also happy to have access to a walking area just around the corner and within easy walking distance to the shopping centre and many restaurants. We could even walk to the beaches (30 min)

The hotel was charging a PREMIUM for the nights of the big game, but that is to be expected. The normal rates is value for money.

Location, location, location; the hotel is an ideal staging post for the Velodrome nextdoor. The hotel is simple but does the job nicely. I was there with my 85-year-old Dad to watch rugby and it met our needs perfectly. In addition, they offered us both a free drink when we went to sister hotel nextdoor for lunch. The restaurant and bar nextdoor is vewry nice and has a lovely terrace area.

Nothing, does what it says on the tin!

Good location, it’s located at the clean and safe zone of Marseille!close to the stadium and not far from the Statue of David and the beach! Staffs super nice and patient! Parking was a bit difficult. Hotel parking was full when we came. But several self-paid parking lots in 5-mins walk range.

Water and food sold in the lobby vending machine are too expensive!

Room is good for overnight stay. Kids had 2 separate beds, that's a huge plus. A lot of light and view from the window was awesome (to ferry wheel). Location is good to and there are several parks along thew way to the sea. Ah, and no keys - only code, it's good when there are 4 of us. Wifi was good too without complex authorisation process.
