The location is excellent, right in front of the metro, and there is a store nearby. The view from the window is quite nice. Enough storage space. The reception is open 24 hours, and the staff is friendly.

The sockets have an unusual configuration with an earthing pin, so not every plug will fit, and sometimes unexpected location. The sofa is not very comfortable, and the kitchen floor tiles don’t look cozy, especially when you sleep there at that sofa. But bedroom is ok.

My main needs were met, a fully equipped kitchen and a stable Internet connection for my remote work. The accommodation was located very near the metro station and it was easy to find groceries nearby. The room was family friendly as I saw the provision of baby crib and high chair for the baby.

There was no heating in the kitchen area. I had to open the main room. There was no work desk in the room so I worked in the kitchen.

I have been staying at this apartment hotel for five nights. I particularly enjoy the breakfast, which offers a wide range of choices. My room is great; the bed is comfortable, there are two tables, with one for work and the one for meals. The wifi was great, and I have a balcon. The staff is very helpful. For instance, when I requested an invoice, they promptly sent all the details to me.

Nice Central Location, Good Value for Money. 24 Hour Reception Desk is a plus.

I had an email prior to arrival that I would be allowed to Check In earlier.. At least the email I got gave me that impression as the email contained Check In time 10-11 AM confirmed. But the Staff at Reception wouldnt recognise the email and only allowed me to Check In at the usual time of 3 PM. To be fair, the initial message from the staff did say they can only keep the luggage and not allow earlier check in. But the subsequent email said my request was confirmed, hence I thought I would be allowed to Check In earlier. So probably a clearer email would have been helpful. But not a huge minus though!

Good location, close to transport links; went there with very low expectations after reading the reviews but it was surprisingly good. Not a 5* hotel, but budget friendly accommodation; big balcony with table and chairs

Air conditioner quite noisy; overall was clean but not spotless, the walls are in need of a refresh, the voil curtains were quite dirty; bed slightly uncomfortable - the mattress looked and felt uneven, hearing creaks and squeaks all night

The ventilation of the toilet in the first room we stayed in, was not working. When we shared our complaint, they immediately changed our room.

The hotel room was generally clean; but they didn't take out the trash or change the towels during our stay.The hotel's corridors and elevators looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a long time.

I had the best studio in the place for sure! I had a view of the Basilisk from my bed and the balcony was on two sides. The staff were very nice. The kitchenette had everything I needed.

I came in April and the ac is only available in June. So I had to keep the balcony doors open and there isn't a screen so flies and mosquitoes came in.

a bunch of homeless people just around the corner from the hotel, they are there practically all the time, as for the room, the water from the air conditioner dripped directly onto the floor

Really helpful staff, Gluten Free madelaines were provided It is in good location to explore Marseille with easy access to the Metro and buses, a Carrefour store is very close.

Darkish corridors until you realise where the light switches are.

Very friendly staff, breakfast had good variety of food and drinks. The location of the hotel is great with a metro and bus stations nearby. We were given a studio with a beautiful view overlooking the Notre Dame de la Garde. Overall a great place to stay and a good value for money.

The temperature in the studio we stayed in was a bit too hot but unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working.
