hotel was convenient just a couple of metro stops from centre

directions to nearest metro station , i found it next day but was unsure as i did not notice any instruction for arrival by metro It was 200 yards from station

too much deposit and two situation you will make deposit, 85 Euro for the booking and 150 euro for guarantee of nothing lost inside the hotel property, the 85 Euro was reverse and until now I dont receive the refund for my 150 euro deposit, thats so big on my part as I am coming from a poor country... they promise within 3 to 5 days but till now no refund, i think they take it and honestly i swear all the property inside the room are intact

it's close to the metro, very convenient. The room is quite big.

When I check out in the morning, around 9am. There was nobody. And no bells or anything to call for people. I had to look around to find people and wait for 15mins, which made my schedule very tight... Hope this could be improved.

Just wonderful. Great location in the contemporary part of the city and with a good access to the historical part. Many facilities and shops in walking distance. Excellent breakfast. Peace and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff

The hotel has a strategic position near the metro where you can go everywhere. The staff is helpful and polite. A pleasure to meet them. It is a value for money stay and the room has everything you need, even a fridge.

The bathroom was smellin at time and the beds in my room are not for a person who is taller than 1.85m. He will be able to sleep but not comfortably.

Location, staff, price was really good. .

Only the sofa in the livingroom was not able to use as a bed. We needed to take out the matras and sleep on the floor, but bty was comfortable. And the kitchen was quite old, damaged, need a new one.

Good secure parking though pricey. Nice big room with everything you need. Quiet when window is shut. Good communication.

Parking on one way street so would have been helpful to know in advance that you have to access it from one direction only.

Friendly staff, good location, breakfast was also ok for the price

Heater in my room wouldn’t always work, which was a bit uncomfortable

Very spacious apartment with kitchen and coffee machine, tv in bsbroom and living room, excellent value for money, car park for fee which we didn’t mind as it is hard to park in Marseille

The room and bathroom were clean and spacy. It was quiet. We liked the minimalistic design of the place. The hotel is located in a perfect place: close to the metro and to the Orange Velodrome (if you come to the city for the game), from there it was easy to reach any part of the city. The staff was friendly and we received our deposit soon after checking out (1 hour after), so there were no problems with it. Overall we loved the place and we would definitely come back.
