Perfect Location for the Football ground and Vellodrome (i went for the Olympic Football). The room was spacious, very clean (cleaned every day) and one of the best showers i have had in a hotel for a long time! The staff make this hotel great, i was a solo female traveller and was made to be felt very welcome: Special mention for Habib, Gregory and Majid, top customer service!

Smallest downfall (and my own fault) is that as a solo female traveller i should have looked more on the route in to town - would not recommend walking at night on your own.

Friendly staff, easy check in and out, and parking underground and secure. Free cold bottled water and a comfortable reception area with a big TV with sports on, which my partner enjoyed. Clean and presentable. Got what we paid for regards our room. Breakfast okay, and refreshed plenty of times so doesn’t run out.

Location isn’t the best as it’s on a main road but you’d know that on booking. It’s 45 mins walk to city centre or beaches (if you get a bike or a scooter that makes it 10 mins so no issue). The bedroom aircon wouldn’t go under 21 degrees and we were both BOILING all night every night.

Close to public transportation. You had two ways to get there. €3.00 from the centre of everything including morning markets where you could get plenty of cheap stuff as tokens. Communication with staff (can't recall me of the gentleman who checked is in during late shift) was excellent despite the language barrier. I was able to access what I felt would help us enjoy.the.stay better. Dinner was tasty and reasonably priced. We learnt new recipes. And bartender/ waiter gets full points for effort and tolerance. Variety of seating arrangements and shared spaces

The bin in front of the hotel. Lack of signage. We found it well with instructions given but a sign would help. €100 not returned immediately affected later travels These did nothing to affecty stay.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The staff were super nice and provided all the help that visitors needed. They answered any question I had and made the stay really enjoyable. I liked the pastries present in the breakfast and the location of the hotel is nice too.

I would have loved if there was a phone in the room to call the reception when needed. It would have been even nicer if the breakfast options covered more varieties.

Spacious room, well located for the Vélodrome, good (and needed) AC, reception had a nice atmosphere, they gave us chilled water from a fridge in the reception which was an absolute blessing in the heat, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Water temperature was a little inconsistent at times, location is inconvenient for anything other than the Vélodrome or if you're injured / disabled it can require serious planning to get into the city. Staff can be a little hard to read (but are actually lovely!)

The beaches (Maldorme, Prophete, Catalans), harbor’s surroundings and Frioul archipelago.

City of Marseille disappointed us: dirty streets, too dangerous even in public transportation (lots of police officers in the main stations but cannot solve most of the problems). 😞

Updated hotel with lots of parking at reasonable price. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable

Location was good for the velodrome stadium 20 min walk but there is nothing around the hotel. No convenience store, bar, restaurants etc are at least 20 minutes away, as is the nearest metro station.

The hotel was perfectly located for the velodrome stadium. It took approximately 25 minutes to walk there. The staff were very friendly and it was useful to have the option to park, although this was extra. Considering we stayed on a match day the price for our stay wasn't too bad. Overall, the hotel was perfect for our one night stay.

The aircon was very effective, but noisy so not easy to sleep with it on. There was a kettle and cups to make a hot drink, but no spoons in the room which was probably just an oversight

Better than I expected and within easy walking distance of the velodrome, which was the reason I booked it. There is great ambiance, bright decor, the staff was really nice, it was a very comfortable stay.
