The location was great. Room was quiet. Beds were comfy. Gym was .... ok ..... could have used more equipment (there was space). It was too cold for the pool so I can't comment on that. Staff was super nice and helpful Liked that they had water available across the hotel. Area was super safe (in case anyone is worried about this). And honestly the city overall was much nicer and safer than I thought given its reputation.
So we didn't have breakfast included, and we just tried the coffee and croissants. They weren't bad but you could find better in coffee places nearby. We also ate at the restaurant just near the hotel. Food was ok . And the Caesar salad was actually really good. But Marseille has such amazing restaurants that by comparison it wasn't great (although maybe we just didn't get the best things). These are not REAL complaints. Just looking for stuff to add here :). And yeah the overall experience was excellent. And the above were just good.

The hotel was amazing, really nice decor, very friendly and competent staff, excellent bedding (slept very good), I could adjust aircondition easily, very quiet rooms (didn't hear anything the first nights)
Minor points: The pool was too warm (maybe add some cold water every morning?) I got a family room (515) and in the third night I woke up as my neighbor clapped the door (soundproof of door should get an upgrade) Drinks at poolbar very expensive (Cocktail € 5,- , small water bottle € 5,-)

Overall probably the best value to quality ratio I experienced in the South of France. May not have the boutique feel of some hotels but you know what you are getting, clean, reliable and professional. Tiffany on the front desk was really excellent and welcoming with loads of tips and suggestions on where to eat/stay - many hotels/front desk in the South of France can be indifferent but it makes a big difference. Another of her colleagues whose name escapes me was also very helpful. Early check-in was nice and appreciated too. Certainly cheaper places but I found this much better than the Golden Tulip which we stayed in the night before and definitely worth the extra money. Pro tip - skip breakfast which is a bit pricey and visit Biba for an amazing brunch or Paninoteca for an amazing deli focaccia sandwich.
There were some marks on the wall in our room. Either needs painting or a thorough scrub. Small item but I think at a Radisson price point this shouldn't be the case. Otherwise the room, bed and pool-side view was great.

The location is really great , the facilities are wonderful and the vie on to Vieux port for breakfast . Reception staff was really friendly and helpful and the garage for the car was really just next door so super practical by car just no vallet service
No vallet service and the breakfast staff were not super friendly … they were many just running around the room but not very personal and no friendly smile

Stunning reception area, really nice rooms. The pool was very nice and ideal for a dip to cool down. I appreciated being able to use the pool after check out and being able to use the gym to shower and get ready for the airport. Very good location on the harbour and a short walk to most things.
The double bed was just two singles pushed together- no mattress topper to cover the split, they weren't connected to stop them separating when I went down the middle through the night. Only one type of pillow in the room and they were just to soft and flimsy. No fridge in the food for water, milk ect. As a brit, I'd expect tea and milk to be provided in the room and not just coffee. The bar downstairs? Now I don't grudge spending money on nice drinks in nice places while on holiday but to try and charge €9 for a tea is ridiculous!

Well-located hotel in the old port, close to restaurants and shops. The decor was modern and comfy. The room was large with a nice view of the Citadel. The room was very clean and comfy. Bathroom was fine - we had a shower - big fluffy towels. The pool area was lovely after walking around town. The decking area could do with a refurb but it was fine. Lots of beach towels but the bar area was closed as it was off-season. The breakfast buffet was decent. Nothing spectacular but good.
Nothing to dislike. Nothing particularly memorable but functional luxury.

Very clean and safe . Loved the fact that it had a swimming pool
The bar in the pool area was only open once during our five day stay despite a sign saying that only food and drink purchased from the bar could be consumed in the pool area also the practice of people placing towels on sun loungers to reserve them was allowed to continue despite there being signs saying this wasn’t allowed

From the check in to the end of our trip, the Radisson Blu staff were, friendly, courteous and so kind! I have a mobility disability which gives me a hunch back and few walking steps. The staff helped with transportation, restaurant choices and instructions on things to see and do that I could accomplish with my wonderful wife’s help. This is a 5 Star hotel for us. The Quai 7 restaurant offers a great breakfast and a Bloody Mary, when required. No regrets!

Location,modern,very clean
The restaurant was not accomadating to my dietary request,I only wanted grilled chicken and salad, the chicken could have been taken from the chicken/ couscous dish but I was made to take the whole dish which was a disgraceful waste of food particularly in the present climate where food waste is a huge issue,I would have been extremely unwell if I ate the remaining part of the dish. As a result we did not eat anything else at the hotel for the rest of our stay.

It’s a really lovely hotel, smells wonderful! and most of the staff are wonderful, just one or two a little aloof at breakfast. The pool is great, the breakfast is brilliant, and has something for everyone, all diets. Would be a ten but for the lifts frequently being out of service and having to walk up 3 flights to the pool on our last day, as well as a weird lack of toilet paper in the room. They didn’t leave a spare roll ever, and we nearly ran out by this morning with a family of three staying in one room.
