Perfect location, right in the centre of Marseille city. The room was very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Honestly pretty quiet for the location (I read reviewS saying the opposite but honestly with the window closed it was not very noisy at all even on Friday and Saturday nights). Staff were friendly, check in was easy. I'd definitely stay again.

No complaints from me. The room was small but not smaller than I was expecting. Would have loved a mini fridge in the room but it was fine without one.

No offer to help this 64 yeat-old woman get her case up the remaining 2 floors (Reception is on first floor; the building has character ...and thus no lift) Independent by nature, I did not EXPECT help. I did, however, reflect later that it WOULD have been nice... ...and not unreasonable: the gentleman on reception was a good 20 years younger...

I could not recommend higher. I mean I booked this just an hour before turning up, at the last minute. There was actually someone at reception and the beds were comfortable. I was able to have a soothing cold shower (out of choice). And most importantly there was the same helpful man at checkout at 6am (keeping in mind I arrived at 1am). Absolutely incredible, and I'm hugely grateful.

Stain (moore like a grease stain) on bedsheets. But it was a triple room so just changed them around. There was a live gangster rap concert outside lol But after 20 hours of travel I was shattered so just put the plugs in and slept amazingly!

Better then what I expected! Friendly staff, clean room, quality bed sheets, very central and a good value for the money I paid.

Noisy area but it is not the hotel fault because it's located in the very center next to Vieux Port metro station. There is no lift but the reception guys are friendly and ready to help!

Super clean and perfect for a night or two if you are just using the room as a base. Great communication and easy check in and check out. Perfect location too

Room is tiny but doesn’t bother me as I am hardly in it! Definitely recommend to use this place as a base.

Could have offered breakfast which would have been much appreciated even through outside venue collaborations (numerous bars are present in the neighborhood within walking distance. )

The shower was either cold or scalding hot. Was a struggle to have a comfortable shower. Could be a bit clearer about the lack of lift facility.

Good location and reception works 24/7. It was a possibility to left luggage after check-out, good internet connection.

It was not a soap for hands in bathroom, just small shampoos.

It was clean and convenient. Mattress looked brand new and air conditioner worked well.

I paid three times the usual price due to a local event, but that’s life.

Just be aware there is no elevator, we had an injured party on crutches and 3 floors was not easy. No refrigerator or access to ice in the room. But this is what we were hoping for so didn't expect extras.
