I just stayed for one night, for what I needed, it was ok. The bed was comfortable, the bedding and the towels were nice and clean, the room was clean as well as the bathroom. The furniture is a bit old but nonetheless well kept. Double windows, so no noise from the street is heard. The building has a lift (elevator) and that was very helpfull.

Even though it is located in the city centre I don't feel it was safe to be outside after dark, a lot of youngs were circling around on motors.

Super lovely and very comfortable! The best thing about my stay was the staff! They are the most accommodating staff I have ever seen in a hotel. They let us check in much much earlier than 15:00. And even if they couldn’t check some of us in, we could even leave our bags in the room whilst it’s being cleaned! That’s 5 star customer service right there. Thanks for being very accommodating.

Perfect location - walking distance to everywhere you need to go but also close to public transport. The port, the beach, les cours juliens, Noailles and other areas all close. Helpful staff and friendly cleaners, room was clean and air con was good. Also let my leave my bag after check out

No eating in the room

The location is perfect, within 5-10 minutes walk to the port, yet the windows filtered out most of the noise, so the room was quiet. Clean and the bed was comfortable. The receptionist was lovely and had my room ready on arrival at 11:30 a.m. and allowed me to store my luggage on the day of departure. Great value for the money.

Some of the decor is a bit dated / dark, but not a big problem.

Perfectly situated in the centre of town. Its walking distance to the vieux port, quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast could have been better presented for the price. Its not possible to stop outside with a car so carrying luggage to the hotel is necessary.

The location was at the heart of the city near the port. As soon as you step out of the hotel, there is a street with designer stores lined up. Restaurants and cafes are available within minutes walking. The room was nice, cosy, and clean. The hotel is a little compact as is the case with most European hotels. The staff are quite friendly.

Location and staff were amazing. We also had the chance to leave the bags in the DEPO for few hours on the last day. Room overall was good . Mattress very comfortable and room was quiet.

I believe that the bathroom may have been renovated recently. Some paining was coming off from the shower so it may be a case to do some retouching.

Position and staff. At 2 minutes walk from the old port (Port-Vieux), the hotel is well located in the city center. Streets below are filled of nice shops, cafes and everything possible. I felt also very safe and people are very friendly. Definitely I will take more days off to visit the city next time.

I believe that the management should think about replacing moquette, just as a constructive feedback.
