I just stayed for one night, for what I needed, it was ok. The bed was comfortable, the bedding and the towels were nice and clean, the room was clean as well as the bathroom. The furniture is a bit old but nonetheless well kept. Double windows, so no noise from the street is heard. The building has a lift (elevator) and that was very helpfull.

Even though it is located in the city centre I don't feel it was safe to be outside after dark, a lot of youngs were circling around on motors.

Super lovely and very comfortable! The best thing about my stay was the staff! They are the most accommodating staff I have ever seen in a hotel. They let us check in much much earlier than 15:00. And even if they couldn’t check some of us in, we could even leave our bags in the room whilst it’s being cleaned! That’s 5 star customer service right there. Thanks for being very accommodating.

The location is perfect, within 5-10 minutes walk to the port, yet the windows filtered out most of the noise, so the room was quiet. Clean and the bed was comfortable. The receptionist was lovely and had my room ready on arrival at 11:30 a.m. and allowed me to store my luggage on the day of departure. Great value for the money.

Some of the decor is a bit dated / dark, but not a big problem.

The location was at the heart of the city near the port. As soon as you step out of the hotel, there is a street with designer stores lined up. Restaurants and cafes are available within minutes walking. The room was nice, cosy, and clean. The hotel is a little compact as is the case with most European hotels. The staff are quite friendly.

Location and staff were amazing. We also had the chance to leave the bags in the DEPO for few hours on the last day. Room overall was good . Mattress very comfortable and room was quiet.

I believe that the bathroom may have been renovated recently. Some paining was coming off from the shower so it may be a case to do some retouching.

Position and staff. At 2 minutes walk from the old port (Port-Vieux), the hotel is well located in the city center. Streets below are filled of nice shops, cafes and everything possible. I felt also very safe and people are very friendly. Definitely I will take more days off to visit the city next time.

I believe that the management should think about replacing moquette, just as a constructive feedback.

Location is perfectly central. Good price - expectations balance. Staff was always at reception ready to answer questions. It is right at the centre of the shopping thoroughfare. They upgraded me from the attic to a better room upon arrival.

The place does need some renovation. There is nothing totally negative about the place. Other places around were much more expensive especially central ones.

Location was great. We arrived late evening. The front desk staff was prompt, courteous and helped us with directions.

Some discounted arrangement and support for parking the car in nearby location will help enormously.
