Clean and have a lift. Balcony with side sea view and very good location. Bed is comfortable.

Bathroom has very little mould.

Incredibly good location for visiting as a tourist, with very comfortable and clean rooms and a lovely view. It was the perfect spot for exploring the harbour and city by foot, and conveniently located for public transport to other calanques or beaches. The rooms were a good size, had comfortable beds and good air conditioning. I slept well and would happily book the same hotel again if I returned to Marseille. A friend also booked separately and her single room was similarly pleasant.

Some finishing touches were missing - such as hand soap in the bathroom or umbrellas to borrow when it rained. But these were all very minor and were definitely outweighed by the positives.

The hotel's location was perfect for us as the places we wanted to visit were within a good distance. The hotel staff were very friendly/attentive and we had no issues with them. Breakfast was adequate for us and the room we had was good enough for the time we were there.

The only problem we did have was the bracket that holds the shower head was broken but we managed to sort it so we could still use the shower. We did advise the desk of the problem. Marseille isn't particularly cheap to eat out and beware of the prices of beer/lager, we got stung with a 10 euro pint of lager one night (as we didn't check the price first and I had two pints). But that is obviously nothing to do with the hotel.

LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION. ABOUT 100 mtrs from the harbour where it all happens. Restaurants all very close - buses and taxis very close. And about a twenty minute walk from the rail station and bus station.

Lack of facilities. We like to come back to our accommodation after a great day and relax in the bar or lounge before retiring. This hotel has no bar or lounge. The breakfast was a bit boring by the end of the week. But I suppose you can book room only and go out for breakfast.

Excellent location right by the Old Port, the metro, buses and ferry. My room had the view of the port, which was lovely. If you open the balcony it gets loud because of the street noise, which didn't bother me at all, I liked the action. Once the balcony was closed I didn't hear any noise. The AC worked well all except one night, but when it worked, it worked well. The room was comfortable while not very large. All the staff were super nice, so they get 5 stars. Overall, I'm quite pleased with my stay and would stay there again.

Housekeeping wasn't consistent. One time they didn't refill the cups. Also having paper cups instead of proper glasses and cups was meh. Not having a mini fridge was a bummer too.

Location was fantastic and opposite the port, the view was amazing and walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and big enough to accommodate large suitcases. Bonus there was a lift

Unfortunately the room that we occupied had a very bad odour when first entering the room, it did clear once we opened the balcony doors, however it continued throughout our stay each time the doors were closed when we were out.

Family of 6 traveling from United States. We found that Oceania is perfect location to see alot of what Marseille has to offer. Close to shopping, historical sites and food.. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great every morning. Staff in breakfast room is top notch. Would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to Marseille for 1st time.

The breakfast covered all nationalities. Its location was right in the venture of tourist and restaurant area. The occasional noisy busker was a nuisance but they usually moved on. I had a balcony that gave me a peep at the marina. The air conditioning was essential.

I drink tea with milk and sometimes my fix was forgotten.

The location is great. The toilet is separate from the shower and sink which is nice. Our rooms had nice little balconies. It is a comfortable nice place to stay. One room had the Harbour view. It is on an angle as the property notes but was still a good outlook.

The lift is functional but small. There are a few steps to enter the property with no ramp. Unfortunately there was a fire alarm (false) at 1am. A sensor fault meant the alarm could not be turned off for 1hr. There is no gluten free food at the breakfast.

We had a good stay in this hotel for one night. Great location and easy access to nearby interesting places. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Tried to call the front desk but they didn’t know how to speak English. Hope I could speak French to make it easy to communicate.
