Nice cosy hotel with good facilities, the wifi in particular was better than expected. Property was centrally located in close proximity to the old port and adjacent to the city’s tram & metro network. The hotel staff were all very courteous and helpful.

The side streets near the hotel were quite noisy during the night and very early morning. The hotel was not at fault for this as the noise stemmed from early refuse collection and the nearby café setting up their outdoor furniture each morning. It didn’t bother us particularly but for more sensitive sleepers it may be an issue.

The staff are fabulous, we loved staying there. Mellisa was the lady we were waited on the most. Fabulous lady as are all the staff. Couldn’t praise them enough. Lovely court/square where hotel guests and locals enjoy a coffee or a chilled drink in the sunshine. Very relaxed way of life. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

You do need to be vigilant with your bags and keep alert for pickpockets in side areas away from the hotel.

Team is just in front of hotel. Walkable distance to Vieux port, just a straight path direct to the sea side. Hotel also put a welcoming gift and upgraded our room from attic to level 6. Hotel room is clean and nice. They have a tiny lift but are working and all good.

Only thing is the location of hotel is borderline being safe. The street just behind is dangerous area which tourist should avoid at all! In front is ok but still need to be careful because it’s the borderline.

Great, friendly and helpful staff. Nice location, near the harbour and tram/bus/metro, also plenty of restaurants with nice food around the hotel. Clean and neat, well-lit, practical room. There was an electric kettle and free tea in the room. Comfortable beds. Cosy to sit at the table under the roof. We liked it here.

Little space in the lobby and the corridors. Steep small stairs lead to the attic where this room is located. Best to book this if you're traveling only with hand luggage or just a backpack. We had heavy suitcases and it was rather hard to drag them upstairs. There is an elevator up to 5th floor, but the attic rooms are on 6th. Also, the shower is almost under the rafters so tall people you'll wash your hair while kneeling :D One rafter is near the toilet so try to keep your head safe from bumping into it.

I had one of the rooms in the attic and it was quite recently refurbished and thus very nice looking. It is important to note though that the ceiling is sloping in most of the room, you duck into bed and the bathtub. Since this was on six stairs up (they got chocked when I said I would walk all the stairs and not take the lift) you won't hear the street at all.

It could be a good idea to bring a small flashlight as the sensors for the automatic lights frequently didn't detect me until I'd taken a step or two onto the stair (not a problem but forget running up or down the stairs) - or take the lift at all times.

Amazing location - lovely French balconies (we had 2!) overlooking square. Spacious room with sofa - nice space. Friendly, helpful staff. Decent sized ensure bathroom. Kettle in room tea and coffee (limited).

Onlyly paper cups provided for tea & coffee in room - disappointing- ended up borrowing china cups from restaurant nea rby (cousin's). Only 2 teabags per day provided (1 English Breakfast & 1 herbal) luckily brought our own! Only 3 pillows provided for a couple (were we supposed to fight over the 3rd?)

We were greeted by amazing staff and the view from the room looked out over the Cours Saint Louis Plaza. The bathroom was small but good and clean. The bed was comfortable and I had an amazing sleep. There was a little table in the room and a kettle for making tea. The balcony was small but it was just about big enough to stand on. Location was phenomenal. You are just on the edge of Noailles and a couple of minutes walk from the old port. Breakfast was very good value for money.

No safe in the room but there is one at reception. Was a little noisy at night - aircon helped hide the noise.

We loved that it was close to the old port and the hotel restaurant was amazing. Felt cosy and quaint. Bedding was nice and the temperature in the room was perfect. Wonderful service from the staff.

We would have preferred a queen bed instead of two twins pushed together since it was our honeymoon. Also we originally booked the attic room with a view of the street but were moved to a different room facing the back of the hotel which was less scenic.

Excellent location and good value.

When it was time to depart for the station we needed good advice. We are an older couple and wanted a taxi. The receptionist didn’t advise us that it would be very difficult for a taxi to arrive on time and then gave us very inaccurate directions to the metro. The metro involved lots of stairs and was very stressful for us. Not a good ending to what had been a nice stay.

The hotel is very nice, but the room itself was a bit weird. Was on the 6th floor, but hotel only had a 5 floor elevator. The remaining steps were on a very steep, narrow staircase - which would be awkward with luggage. The room itself was a redone attic with a slopping ceiling which I kept bumping my head onto. The AC worked, but was inadequate. Parking was available at a nearby facility, but you had to first go to the hotel, prepay, then go back to the parking lot (10 minute walk)
