Location far from where to collect the Key. They let you in without any instruction. Non info where to find the room.Managed to use the keys and door handle, which Is not as someone can Imagine. Bathroom full of equipment to sacrifice space but I did enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna. Full equiped kitchen but no Place to sit. Sofà to transform in a bed...do It yourself. TV not connected. Coffee machine not performing. Not even an instruction on water utilization and if drinkale. Wi-Fi router let disconnected for more than 24H although I had call for It. Up floor lady heavvely walking all night. No hangers or even a nail to huang your coat...and so on...!

I loved the jacuzzi bathtub. It really relaxed both my husband and myself after long days of walking to sightsee, and the sauna was a plus. The house was clean. I'd stay again if I traveled through marseille again.

It was very hard to find and to go to a hotel that was a 9 minute walk to get the keys and then return them the next morning, it would be nice to have at least an easier check out. Like leave keys in the room. It is almost 20 minutes to grab the keys and then return them. Plus, there are signs all over the building in many languages saying they don't want airbnb in their building. The instructions to find our door could improve, maybe head to 2nd floor, then take the double doors to the left just at the staircase to the next floor. There was not a white door. It was more yellow so we had a hard time. Otherwise, it was a beautiful place and easy bolt ride to the port for cruises.

I am an architect, and, in my case, I was alone in a full equipped micro apartment. It was totally new designer's unit. They thought in every detail. It could accommodate two persons, but the opened sofa-bed will occupy all the space. Perfect for one person. Walkable distance from important places and connections. Small market besides the building.

The building has no elevators. Not recommended for people with disabilities. Noise partially filters from the beside apartment. Checking in was easy thanks to a neighbor of the building that opened entrance gate. The building management changed the key pad for a sensor. Now, employees from Rivage have to escort you to the unit and give you keys and beeper.

Great location, clean , relatively quiet, sauna was a nice addition

The apartment building is 10 mins away from where I picked up the key for a self check in. This is a bad idea for night checkins. The directions regarding doors were WRONG. Making me take 20 mins once I entered the building to access the room. This is in a building where signs everywhere say “no Airbnb and no booking.com” so it was a very uncomfortable situation
