Apartment was spotlessly clean. It had all the facilities needed. Within a five minute walk of bars, restaurants and port. In a quiet pedestrian street, no noise at night.

The apartment overlooked a not very nice backyard, but it didn't really bother us as we were out most of the time.

Self check in worked fine. The apartment location is excellent, right in the heart of Marseille. The bed was very comfortable. Decorated nicely.

Dishes in the kitchen were dirty. Coffee cup still had coffee stains from the previous guests. Glasses not washed either. Had to re-wash everything. Towels had stains that apparently could not be removed from washing. The building was a bit frightening. Stairs to the unit old & broken, dirty. The view from the room was atrocious. I can see why they have frosted the windows. Ugly broken down interior courtyard. There was an ambulance at the building when we arrived, taking out a tenant who apparently overdosed. It's not a real comforting introduction to the apartment.

The location!! Right next to the Vieux Port. Also close to ALL amenities, cafes, restaurants, shops...you name it. And the apartment is nicely decorated and VERY VERY clean. Another thing was that it's on the 1st floor (2nd floor for non-Europeans) so even with heavy luggage, no sweat.

The view was the back of the building and meh but we didn't mind. We were enjoying the city outside most of the time anyways.

It's a lovely studio in a conversion of an old property. The entrance, staircase and hallways have the potential to be lovely and grand but at the moment are quite tired and feels like a neglected construction site, but once in your studio everything is very fresh.

Nothing to dislike. "E9" on the first floor is a lovely choice of studio apartment, facing the side street with the front door, and has a small separate kitchen area as an extra bonus. There is even a miniature ironing board and mini-iron (if you need a proper iron with steam, then you'll need to bring your own, or maybe it can be arranged, I didnt try and made do with the small travel iron provided.

Lovely upgraded apartment with super amenities. Rainfall shower was fantastic, although didn't drain properly but probably very old plumbing in a very old building. Bed was soooo comfy. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. Induction stovetop was easy to use. Small but functional fridge. Mood lighting, a/c was fantastic, tv was gigantic! Lovely couple answered emails promptly. Also, location is fantastic. Nice quiet street but only 10 minute walk to the bustling port, grocery store just minutes away.

If only it were on the front side of the building! Unfortunately there is no view at all, but that can't be helped. Note: You will need to walk up a full flight of stairs. There is no elevator, although that was not a problem for us.

This has been my best stay in Europe so far! Great location, near the old port and a bunch of shops, bars and restaurants. Price<>quality 10/10. Easy instructions to check in to the appartment and the kitchen utensils were very complete! As a solo traveler, I felt very safe in the area. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Marseille :)

Compact as a big hotelroom with a good pantry and bathroom. Nice bed! Two large windows (with shutters) to frenchs balconies for fresh air. But also an airco! Safe: 3 codes to use, no key, sounds complicated but it’s not. Super location!! And Marseille is cool! I’ll come back….

Very trendy & comfortable apartment in a great location, communication was Excellant too.

No number on the front door of the building made it difficult to find & the entrance hall in the main building was quite grubby …. But once you’re in the apartment all is super clean & modern.
