Very good location, really central. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, public transport on your doorstep. Great breakfast, you won't be hungry. I would stay again if in Marseille. WiFi worked well, unsecured as they all seem to be, so you might want a VPN for security.

The lift is awkward enough, and tight on space. I passed the entrance to the hotel a few times before I spotted it as there was scaffolding in place outside.

Location was perfect, 15 min walk from the train station and 7 min walk to the Old port, most attractions are in walkable distance. I booked a single bed room, but it had a very bad sewer smell from the bathroom (the room was very clean) and the receptionist changed my room without any problems. The breakfast was excellent: 3 types of bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, bio jams, fresh eggs you can cook according to your taste in an egg-cooker, cereals, scrambled eggs, fried bacon, salami, cheese, freshly squeezed orange juice, 6 types of tea in leaves.... It is a budget hotel that exceeded my expectations. I stayed in November, so I don't know about high season prices, but this was really value for the money stay.

Location is good, close to everything. The room is spacious and the bed is so comfortable. Breakfast is OK for a budget hotel.

The elevator is so small and old fashioned. And it was not working from time to time. So would be better to have room to below 3rd floor. And the hotel layout is a bit confused. Some rooms you need to walk across to another section and take extra steps to reach. Shower water temperature is a bit unstable.

The location is very near to the old harbour, the heart of the town. The staff at the reception was extremely helpful, friendly and respectful! The most friendly and helpful staff during my whole journey through France! They helped with all the luggage at my arrival day and also at my departure day and ordered a taxi at the departure day! They answered all questions and gave valuable information, for example where the next beach is and how to reach it by bus. The room was extraordinarily clean. The towels were always changed, when they were wet. The breakfast was good, with a variety of different fresh types of bread, jams from the region and honey, eggs and freshly pressed orange juice, cheese etc. For a nice welcome one smaller glass of honey from the Provence was standing inside the room as a present, which is a very nice gesture! One could take drinking water at the reception for free. Air conditioner inside the room, which was working very well.

The room was quite small (but bright and clean). No safe inside the room.

Location - Prime. Pharmacy, Monoprix, cafes, restaurants, and tram stations are just next door. Room - Standard room. Good for 2 travelers. Reception - Very friendly and helpful receptionist, taking her time to explain all the need-to-visit places. Breakfast - Normal. Good selection of pastries, fresh orange juices, worth the prices.

Room- Lack of amenities. To be improved. Can be quite noisy if you had a room facing the street. Not very sound proof, so do your business quietly.

Elevator is very authentic style😊 So it was not that convenient to take it with luggages, yet it was an interesting experience to use it. No phones at rooms. If you need to call reception, you have to do it with your cell phone.

All of the staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel is located in the center and 5 mins walk from the old port. The breakfast has got a lot of variety and everything was delicious!

My room and the whole building in general were kinda dirty and unfortunately in the night it didn’t feel too safe to be around the hotel, in the port was much safer.

Exceptional value for money. The location cant be beaten, with the best cafe and best restaurant in the city right below. The rooms and bathrooms were clean with great air conditioning. The real standout was the staff. Incredibly kind and helpful with recommendations for the city. This is what separated it from other budget hotels, and why I am inclined to leave a review. If the manager reads this, please thank the lovely women and men on the reception on the 3rd 4th and 5th September!

The location is great. Staff is extremely nice. The breakfast is very delicious and complete. The rooms are spacious and the bed is super comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious as well. You can leave your bags there after check out until whenever you want to pick them up and they have a very safe system in which they store them.

Location is fantastic and all attractions are walkable. Bery good breakfast which options for gluten free bread. The fresh squeezed orange juice was a great way to start the day.

Access to power plugs was limited so brimg a long power cord for your cell charger.
