Small, clean and quiet hotel. It’s very close to the port and the area is very walkable during the day. The breakfast was very simple but nice. The staff was helpful in answering questions.

It was noisy outside at night. When the day tourists leave, the neighborhood seems to change. We couldn’t to get the air conditioning cool enough to sleep with the heavy comforter. No top sheet as is typical in Europe.

Good sized and very clean rooms. The bathroom is also a good size, spotless and supplied with L’Occitaine toiletries. Breakfast is fine, with fresh breads, pastries and a fair choice of cereal, yoghurts , scrambled eggs and sausages plus various jams and honey. The breakfast space is in the hotel reception room so is not very big. This was not a problem when we visited but might be at a different time of year when more people are staying. Location is very good being right next to the old port and with a Metro station just outside. Reception staff varied a lot. When we arrived the receptionist was welcoming and helpful. Others seemed disinterested, did not mind keeping people waiting and were not friendly or welcoming at all.

Great location at the Vieux Port, surrounded by restaurants and bars. Loved the little map we were given with our room key. Metro station right outside. Really beautiful spacious room with great facilities. Spotlessly clean. We were so well looked after in the extreme heat - the fridge was kept stocked with carafes of water. The lady who serviced the room was so lovely. The view from the balcony over the Vieux Port was amazing. It was the perfect spot from which to watch la Fete Nationale parade. Watching the Firework display from the balcony was one of the best experiences ever. We plan to return soon.

The wifi seemed a bit flaky. It didn't bother us at all, but it might matter to some.

Breakfast was really good considering that in Europe it’s usually very very limited selection, however, if you were not down early you may find the empty trays by 10.00

WiFi didn’t work throughout the whole stay, despite our repeated requests to check it out. We were given few options to connect but nothing worked. Reception said that they are aware of the issue but the problem remained unresolved… Breakfast tables are just right in the reception area, so not only the reception officer is watching you out constantly (non intentional I’m sure) but the whole arrival-departure queue as well…

Location could not be better - two minutes from the Vieux Port and 1 minute from the Metro stop. Our deluxe room was dreamy - bright and spacious with huge windows overlooking the pretty streets and a sideways view of the port. The bed was really comfortable with good quality linen and huge pillows. I loved the restful colour scheme in the bedroom, and the deep blue bathroom tiles that made you feel as though you were surrounded by sea. The rain-shower was excellent and really powerful and we also had a bath. I loved the l'Occitane products too. I liked the thoughtful attention to detail, like the handy check-in card with all the room and facility details with a city map. There were two glass bottles of water in the room, a Nespresso machine and some lovely herbal teas. The breakfast options were pretty good - the usuals: yoghurt, bread, cheeses and meats etc.. There were crepes with maple syrup too, which were delicious. If I had one gripe, it could use a little more attention to detail. The coffee is from a machine so it's pretty average while some fresh fruit and fresher pastries would elevate it to excellent. But these are very minor gripes - we loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again next time we come to Marseille.

It's lovely to leave the windows open while you sleep but there can be a lot of noise from the port. Once closed, the noise was muted so the double-glazing works.

A wonderful hotel near the main promenade of Marseille. We will definitely return here more than once! The room and the hotel itself exceeded our expectations—everything was very comfortable. The room had a fridge and a kettle, and the bathroom was stocked with L'Occitane toiletries. The breakfast was not very lavish, but it had everything you needed—omelets with sausages, yogurts, pastries, and coffee. The hotel is just a few steps away from the promenade with its numerous cafés and restaurants. There’s also a metro station nearby, which might be important for some. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend it!

The Hotel is at the center of the Vieux Port where all the bustling things happen. The location is amazing, with an amazing port view(from the balcony, so not all rooms have this view, to be fair) and easy access to all of the areas. We drove here, and there's no parking on site- but there's plenty of public parking nearby, so as long as you are patient with the busy street, you will be fine with the location. However, the street can stay loud until very late hours- we had loud noise from outside until 3 am. But overall, facility, location, cleanness, and price all exceeded my expectation. very nice room amenities(L'Occitane, Kusmi tea, etc.), spacious room and closet for a European hotel. I didn't eat breakfast here, but it looked very nice.

It would be nice if there were directions for the parking since many ppl drive to Marseille. Maybe a larger TV! (I haven't seen those monitor-size screens for a while!)

The location was great close to lots of activities and attractions. The room was big and roomy.

Unfortunately the room was dark and gloomy the dark tiles in the bathroom added to this gloominess. It needed more lighting especially at night. The cleaning staff were stingy with the toilet paper. I had to go down and ask for some in my room. Also the cleaners cupboard was close to my room and the squeaky hinges and banging of the door was a bit off putting.
