Great location, right on the waterfront with lots of food options and shops nearby. Relatively quiet considering how central it is. Comfy and clean accomodation with air conditioner. Good bathroom and shower. Staff were lovely despite us not speaking much French, and we could leave our bags there early which was super helpful.

The air conditioner works but does not cool the room right down so it is still a little warm especially at night. The shower is also a strange design so creates quite a bit of water on the floor. Also did not find a water cooler unlike some other hotels, and the tap water tasted a bit off.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. You are right by the old port and with a rooftop bar, you get a great view of the port and even a good view of Basilique Notre-Dame de la Garde. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was pretty good but there are boulangeries and patisseries around the hotel if you would like to go out for breakfast. Shout out to Hannan from the front desk. She was amazing. So friendly and super helpful giving me suggestions on where to go and things to do. Definitely made my stay better. Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Marseille.

The air conditioning didn't get very cold but it was not much of a problem during my stay as the nights were cool so I left the window open a crack.

Very well located right off Vieux-port. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was relatively basic but good value for money. Nice optional continental breakfast. They have a bag store which is very handy if not leaving straight away after checkout. Rooftop terrace/bar has great views. The hotel dog was extremely friendly and a highlight of the trip

The air-conditioning was just okay but it was in the mid 30s outside so is probably fine most of the year. The lift worked fine but was a bit small and slow so wasn't that confidence inspiring.

Bed was comfortable, everything was clean and in good condition. Location was fantastic, and you can't beat the value for the location. It's not a luxury hotel, but it completely suits needs if on a budget, and the breakfast was good with options including homemade yogurt, granola, juices, cereals, coffee, and breads/pastries. I would stay here again.

The rooms were pretty tight and narrow. We were a couple and while we were ultimately fine it would have been really nice to have just a little bit more space. This hotel room would be great for a solo person, or a couple that doesn't mind having little space.

Location. Location. The room was small. Along the long sides of the bed maybe about 30 cm from the wall. But the bed was comfy and the room was quiet. I even had a sliver of a view of Marseilles' picturesque harbor. Reception was helpful, especially Monica who always made sure I had the numero de la porte (otherwise known as porte code). Breakfast, which I had to pay extra for, was a good start to the day!

Really nothing! I'd stay again! Liked being close to the harbor and Le Panier and the new museums.

Hotel location is excellent, seconds away from the port and many restaurants. It is well connected to all the attractions, within walking distance to a few and easy access to different transport links. The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke good english. They also provide a discounted rate to a local underground car park.

The rooftop bar is open to the public, which is understandable as it has an excellent view of the port. However this resulted in it being very crowded and loud and there is not many seating places.

Location was brilliant and staff friendly. We stayed for 2 nights either side of a cruise. First room was large and comfortable, the second room 201 was much less comfortable. Overall really happy with the stay in the first room. Roof terrace very nice too.

Shower very small in first room. I could not close the door when showering resulting in water in bathroom. Second room 201 was very very small. Bed was pushed against wall making it hard to get in and out off and there was not a lot of room for two people to dress. Shower in rm 201 was much bigger however. Could only find one usable powerpoint in 201 which was tricky as needed a plug for cpap plus to charge two phones. Reception were helpful and sourced and extention, but this aspect of this room needs a more permanent solution as it will be an issue for most people.

The location is perfect. Great view from my window: the port and the fort. The toilet paper is of great quality (This is important, of course!). The duvet is very comfortable. Everything is astonishingly clean. I can see that the hotel owner has made great efforts to provide good experience with limited facilities.

There are things that can hardly be improved given the historic nature of the building itself, such as the poor sound insulation, the material and design of doors, the confusing locks, .etc. The old air conditioner makes big noises when heating, and yet the effect of heating is not very good. It won't be a problem in most of the time of the year, but in winter, it is. Also in winter the terrace is bitterly cold, so no one can actually sit there and enjoy, though the view is still great.

Cute central accommodation, perfect for a solo female traveller. Not too fancy, but enjoyable for a couple of days. Clean and tidy. Nearby shops &restaurants (who in winter close very early). Very nice rooftop with the best view of the harbor. The room was small, but clean and comfy. Water pressure great, heating with the air conditioner. Tv with a couple french stations, nothing in english. Free toiletries and they changed towels every day. Very clean, comfy bed, which I liked a lot, no smells. Friendly staff, the ladies at the reception were nice and spoke good english. Great breakfast for only 10 Euro.

Didn’t like key system. You receive your key only after check in hour, although I arrived a half hour earlier. It’s an old fashioned key to close and open the door. The doors are loud, hearing other neighbors all the time. The hotel asks you to always leave the key at the reception when you leave, and the main entrance door will be closed after 20:00, when you receive a special code to enter the building.
