The service was lovely and we received a warm welcome each time we arrived. Everything was so clean and modern and the decor gave attention to detail. 24 hour reception with keycard entry. Great location and near to many things and public transport - 5 mins walk down the bustling avenue to the port for example.

There were no hooks in the room which I really missed after 4 days of staying. There are 2 in bathroom for towels and hairdryer but the rooms are so spacious so it would be great to have some near the door or wardrobe. Also we considered breakfast on the last day but it was very expensive so we went local instead. Other than these very small things, the hotel is amazing value for money whilst not feeling like the cheap option - really impressed.

Breakfast had a very nice selection of items. Room service breakfast was lovely and for the most part exactly what was ordered. As for the room itself, I could not have been happier on the 6th floor! It was clean, comfortable, airy, and had plenty of storage for several nights of stay. The hotel is brilliantly located within walking distance of several parking garages, the harbour and it’s many restaurants, the MUCEM and fort, a small ‘souk’ and market area, as well as near a more centralized part of the area, where we found a plethora of cafes and a fabulous wood-fire pizza & bar establishment. When next I visit Marseille, I will return to this hotel!

For me personally, I thought the price for breakfast a bit steep, as my appetite is large enough to accommodate a buffet meal. However, for those who prefer a large breakfast meal, the price is good. Otherwise, all was great.

We didn’t use any of the facilities other than our room, but we were very impressed by our stay here. Very friendly staff and smart, clean and comfortable reception area and room. The pillows and bed were more comfortable than ours at home! Very safe place to stay- no concerns at all. Able to use an iron from reception on request, and our request ( at time of booking) for a room with a view was met, with a great view of the church at the top of the hill. All lit up at night too, which was lovely! 5 to 10 minute walk down slight hill to the Vieux Port, so the location was perfect.

Nothing really! Just for us to have had longer to stay and enjoy the accommodation and city.

Very welcoming and efficient staff - checked-in with a smile by Melanie who spoke excellent English. Quiet room requested and supplied. Spacious and comfortable room, good to have fridge (for fresh milk for morning tea) and kettle. No noise from adjoining rooms. Breakfast room light and spacious - good choice of foods and a bonus to find loose leaf tea and teapots 🙌😃. Only 10-15 minutes walk to station.

Couldn’t adjust air-conditioning- locked on ‘winter heating setting ‘ - room was very hot even with thermostat on minimum possible. Streets alongside the hotel are busy and noisy even at night (but that’s the price you pay for a location close to the old town, harbour and station). Very noisy street cleaning in the early hours. Double-glazing helps alot but light-sleepers may need earplugs.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to the port, Vieux Port, and many of Marseille's key attractions. It is also conveniently accessible from both the train station and metro. The hotel serves a very good breakfast and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and although located on a busy street, there is no discomfort from the noise. The rooms are spacious and well-designed. I had a great stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Marseille.

Beautiful and newly designed rooms- perfect location- the staff especially Arden the reception manager are wonderfully available, kind and professional. Arden went out of his way to get me some snacks at midnight when the restaurant was closed. All of the staff have gone beyond their duty- the extra mile to be helpful. This hotel is not located on the touristy port so it is a really hidden gem. And only a five- minute walk to everything in the centre . I will come back.

Shame that their restaurant and bar are closed on weekends.

Great location, pretty building, comfy bed, modern and tasteful decor. Good quality toiletries, housekeeping and change of towels every day. A lovely receptionist. Great market and cafes around.

The AC in our room didn’t seem to work. It was too hot and stuffy (even though it was January) and the windows were permanently locked. We were sure we just had to wait till it cooled down, but after a stuffy night we were told we had to request for a temperature change… on the reception. Still, it was the same. Also, a few hairs on the bathroom floor which weren’t ours.

Unlike some of the commentaries in here, we loved the neighborhood, there was even a local tunisian bazaar very nearby. Yes, you should be a little bit careful at night because sometimes there are beggars on street. But the area is generally safe, it is on the most central street of Marseille Vieux Port and very close to all public transportation. Room size was quite sufficient and even though there was noise from the street, you dont hear anything if the windows were closed.

Only improvement we suggest is the pillows, they were too thin like a paper.

There was a sense of quality from furniture to accessories. You know nothing will fall apart if you touch it. The room was cosy and warm. The bed was perfectly made and perfectly firm. Nothing extravagant, but everything to the point.

Minute details would be: - descale the top shower head. I had to jiggle gently each rubber tip to have a nicer flow - consider a small hand towel on top of hair/face and body towels - consider a towel rack: the one formed by the under sink feet is too low: the body towel folded in half almost touches the floor

Firstly, I didn’t catch the staff members name but during my stay I lost my wallet and the staff member helped call the bus company I lost it on and couldn’t be more helpful. Lovely person and so kind. Every member of staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and very clean and the beds were super comfy. Location near to the port and many transport options.

Not really the hotels fault but the surrounding area was a bit unnerving at times, didn’t really feel like travelling through at night. The air con didn’t really work very well so it was rather hot when trying to sleep.
