The room I was given by the friendly receptionist was upgraded to a spacious family room and I was offered an early check in. The hotel is ideally situated to visit central Marseille on foot. The breakfast was ample by French standards.

The traffic noise was sometimes disturbing, even with the closed double windows. Next time I would request a room on the side of the hotel facing away from the main road .

Very Central Hotel, walkable to everything we wanted to do in Marsielle. staff were friendly/helpfull. Room was basic but clean and relatively spacious, beds were comfortable.

Aircon worked but only cooled the room slightly - we had a good fan in the room though. The shower was nice but unfortunately was leaking so the bathroom floor got very wet.

Everything quite simple, but working very well. Clean rooms, tasty breakfast (pancakes, cereals, fruit, bread, cheese, ham...) etc. I liked they repair and reuse old chairs or dishes. Conveniently located close to the St. Charles railway station and to the Old port.

We had a wonderful experience at the Greet Hotel, even though our stay was short. The room was excellent and the service was exceptional. We’ll definitely be returning to Marseille again and again. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality. :) p.s. we also hope to bring a gift for the lovely young lady at the reception that we forgot to give in the rush of our departure

The rooms are cleaned every day. The stuff is very responsive and pleasant. The location is just perfect.

The shower drain was quite blocked, and the water pressure in the shower could have been better. It would be nice to have mugs and a small kettle in the room to make a tea/coffee.

The brilliant basics of the Greet hotel were just perfect. Location perfect central to go explore wonderdul Marseille. Staff were alwats smiling and friendly Rooms were spacious and clean, beds suoer comfy. A little bit of noise but it is in the city so to be expected. Breakfast was just toast, Jam, selection of meats and yoghurts, with free unlimited coffee and amazing fresh orange juice.

The fire alarm going off at 3am, but not rhe hotels fault if someone smoking/vaping in the room

It was great to get off the train and walk just a few minutes to the hotel. But going out later in the evening for a drink, the area felt a bit creepy, with lots of homeless people, and there was garbage everywhere. The next morning, all the garbage was gone, and we felt safe walking around. The hotel itself felt very safe, and the staff were very friendly. The bed was super comfortable but the pillows weren’t! Breakfast was really good.

Just the weird vibe in the neighbourhood at night.

It's a wonderful 3 star hotel. Clean, friendly, good breakfast, friendly staff, standard size hotel room with a bright, clean bathroom. The best feature is It's location in a lively, safe, and diverse neighborhood. Much more interesting local residents than where we stayed in Paris or Lyon. It is 3 blocks from the train station. We felt completely safe walking at 5:30 AM to catch our early train.

It's a 3 star hotel so there is no gym, or bar, or all day restaurant.

Very pleasant staff! Great location just a few minutes from the train station. The room was spacious for four, air conditioned, very clean and the beds very comfortable. There is a safe in the room and card access is required to reach the bedrooms so all felt secure. We didn't eat at the hotel but had drinks from the bar, again staff were lovely. Merci beaucoup 😊

Good location, very convenient for train station Saint Charles. There is also a Parking Gambetta very nearby on the same street. The hotel is clean, with good air conditioning, and comfortable beds. It’s amazingly quiet considering it’s located on a busy main street.
