The staff were very friendly, the location is excellent - only around 15 minutes' walk to the port (trams nearby too) _ and the neighbourhood great. The breakfast and the little garden to eat it in were perfect. The decor is very attractive and typically french, quite unique I would say. The staff were very helpful, we could leave our bags on the day we went out.

For those with limited mobility it is probably as well to check which floor you may be on as there is no lift and the fourth floor (where our room was) has many steps! The room we had was certainly adequate and clean but quite small.

The location is very convenient for anyone arriving in Marseille by train. The hotel is cute and the rooms are small but nice. It was very clean and rather comfortable. The hotel has a small patio that is a nice place to rest.

When it’s hot you need to use the air conditioner or open the window but then you get the street noise. There was a small corridor with entrances to three rooms and when other guests were arriving you could hear them loudly.

We had a great stay at hotel Azur, the hotel was really clean, bed was very comfortable and in a very convenient location. Even though we arrived after midnight and outside the standard check in hours we got the key to our room without any issue. We ate breakfast there both days which was really nice and the staff were very friendly and always accommodating. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again

A stunning boutique hotel in one of the best neighbourhoods for vibey bars and cafes! Also only a 15min walk to the harbour. I loved my little single room its amazing to find a hotel that properly caters for solo travellers! The photos really don't do the single room justice, it was freshly decorated and really comfortable. It was also so nice to come back to a friendly welcome at the front desk after a day of sight seeing! The courtyard and garden are gorgeous and I loved waking up to birds chirping in the morning :)

The staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant. We had arrived late and also asked to extend our stay at the last minute. The staff looked after us the next morning by very kindly making us a late breakfast outside the specified times. They served a very tasty gluten free breakfast outside in the courtyard. We felt so at home and totally spoilt from such incredible staff.

The staff is nice. The location is good, 15min walk to the old port. We have the room at the top floor and it is a small room, but it has everything. The air conditioning works well in this hot summer days. The garden is really beautiful and comfortable.

No elevator is not a problem for us but 4th floor is indeed high and can be problematic for people take big luggage. The shower has only half shelter and when we took shower, water was spilled out everywhere.

Cosy, charming and calm. Smell of fresh paint. Rather copious and tasty breakfast with view on leafy garden - unfortunately it was raining, otherwise it would have been an even better relaxing breakfast. Happy to return on another occasion.

One bedlamp did not work and the room and bed was rather small for two - big French city type of small so no surprises there. However it was high up and tucked away so we preferred it to a bigger one on the ground floor they would have offered for the same money. I guess when it's more busy, it will be less intimate and might get noisy. Not a problem at this time of year!

The style of the Hotel was Gourmet & the staff were welcoming, friendly & kind. I was offered coffee & able to leave my luggage & waiting until my airport pick up arrived. The breakfast was a great continental selection .

The outside area was locked in the evening, so to have a smoke you had to go out the front.

I booked a room to the inner yard, so it was less noisy. The view was nice. Breakfast was good but it wasn’t included in my room price.

Quests arrived to a room next to me at midnight and talked loudly for hours. The walls were very thin so it was like they were in my room.

Great location, walking distance to the Old Harbour. Excellent breakfast with bread/croissant/cheese and sausage/Yoghurt and Muesli. Hotel recently renovated. Very good budget option. If you need parking go to Parking Indigo Marseille Jean Jaurès which is a 6 minute walk.

No lift and the building has 4 floors.
