Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Very clean and well designed.

Location was a big downfall, as a solo female traveller I was approached multiple times outside the hotel and felt very uncomfortable. Ended up spending a lot on Ubers to the nicer parts of the city, hotel is worth it if you do t mind taking some extra safety measures.

Cleanliness of room. Bedding of good standard. Lightning of the room. Size of the bathroom. Location near the station and metro. Staff. Good complementary coffee in the lobby.

Room facing a 24/7 noisy road with lots of traffic (Windows blocked the out surprisingly well tho but could be be left open at all). Would have been really nice to have a room facing the pretty inner court yard. Not being able to control the AC to meet the personal taste. It was set to 23C, but felt a bit too cold and windy. The AC had be on because of the said noisy road. The pictures of room in the website were nicer than the reality. Room felt a lot smaller. The advertised landmark view was the shady events side of the station. Price of the spa (was aware that it wasn’t included after having specifically asked). Perhaps the price could be adjusted for the hotel guests.

Great location right next to the train station. Staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was a bit small but ok, bed was comfortable and we had a big bathroom with a well functioning shower. Everything was clean and the ac in the room was working well so we were able to regulate the temperature to our liking. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to check out all the amenities (spa, terrace, etc.) but I’m sure that would have been nice as well.

The price was a bit high for the room size and some minor details that were not perfect, but in the end we were very happy with the overall stay.

The location was perfect for us both arriving and departing from St Charles rail station only a few hundred yards from the hotel.It was around a 10/15 minute walk to The Old Port which is probably the main area for restaurants etc. The staff at every level could not be faulted for their friendly and helpful manner.

No real cribs although for those looking for a hot breakfast there was no variety each day being the same over our five days however there was always an excellent selection of pastries and the like for those favouring or happy with a continental style with nice seating and real attention to cleanliness etc.

A lovely boutique hotel seconds away from the station. It’s about 10 mins walk from the harbour/ other tourist areas. Some people might find it sketchy but it was fine for me as female traveller who is used to living in the city. I didn’t feel unsafe as you walk up a main road to return in the evening. Everything is near. Also a big comfortable room. Dressing gown, toiletries etc. A fantastic spa! Also massage ( I had an amazing one) such a nice treat at the end of the day. Also a cosy bar and a great breakfast. Beautiful courtyard, you can relax in morning or evening. Couldn’t ask for more.

Very close to train station (literally opposite it) and short walk to town centre. Free tea and coffee in reception any time you want it - lovely touch. We paid to use the spa which was nice. Pool tiny though, not a swimming pool. But the facilities were lovely and clean. Very relaxing and worth the money I’d say. Nice little courtyards to sit in and have a drink or read a book.

Our bathroom door didn’t lock. Room quite small. But overall clean and despite being on a busy street it was quiet at night.

A typical French hotel. Everything was as it should be. Lovely quaint lounge and breakfast area. Comfortable single beds with a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Continental breakfast buffet with a hot option. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location with immediate access to the Metro and the main railway station. It met our needs, nearly perfectly.

The twin room needed to be a little larger plus more seating would have been handy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was perfect for a solo traveller, and bathroom was very clean. My room was at the back of the hotel; therefore, I could not hear the noise from the train station. I also enjoyed the breakfast offered on site

Although the location was convenient for the train, the area does not have much to offer if staying in Marseille for a longer period. Given the location, views from the room are alley ways or small streets. It was best to keep curtains drawn. There are additions fees to use the pool & spa area.

The front desk was super welcoming and nice! The area was perfect! We were right next to the train station. A lot of places to eat nearby. Old port was about a 15-20 min walk, which wasn't bad at all. The weather was nice. The hotel was cozy and clean! I loved it! Breakfast was delicious. You have to pay separately for breakfast and the spa though. The entrance was great! There's a really nice lobby area too.

The hotel was in a perfect location, after a long flight and train trip to France. It was well run. The staff was helpful and the rooms were of good size since we stayed only one night. Beds very comfortable but we did not have the offered breakfast. The next morning we walked two blocks to the rental car and were on our way. Convenient and very reasonably priced place to stay for travelers.

Our room required two elevator trips because we were in the back building, at our request to be quiet.
