The reception was welcoming. Cold water dispenser in reception was nice after a long journey. The apartment was compact but had everything you'd need for a short stay. We were there for one night to catch the train the next day. Nice small balcony overlooking the square. Had a hob, fridge, dishwasher, and sink in the small kitchen. Had utensils. Very comfy bed. Good soundproofing. Bath was a nice addition. Very easy 10 minute walk (if slightly up hill) to the train station. Overall a very pleasant stay.

There's not a lot to dislike. The hotel was very pleasant. Outside in the streets is another matter though. But that's not the hotels fault. Montpellier doesn't seem to be a nice place to be especially into the night. Did not feel comfortable walking around. We made sure we were back in the hotel early.

The receptionists were REALLY nice and helpfull. Even when they said they couldn’t speak english well they tried a lot to help and explain to us everthing we needed. The rooms were quiet, the bed were confortable and the a/c was amazing.

The localization is good because is next to the Train Station and you can have a médium walk to the Port, the only problem is that at night looks a little bit dark to walk around and the neibourghood doesn’t look really so safe. But at least nothing happen to us and it was ok tô Walk around.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Marseille! It is a perfect location to get the bus if you have an early flight in which we did. Really simple check in and check out system. The staff were very helpful and even upgraded our room!! This was so lovely as we got given a balcony. The room itself was so nice, the bed was VERY comfortable!! There was a kitchen with microwave, kettle and hob. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. Can't recommend this place enough.

This hotel is a bit far from most attractions/beach. However, walking is very nice if the weather is good as you get to see more of Marseille. Alternatively, you can use the app "bolt" which is a taxi system like uber and can pick you up and drop you off wherever you wish! The highlight of the location is that it is so close to bus/train station only a 5 minute walk which is ideal and that is why we chose this hotel!

Very friendly staff who were very assessable if we needed something. The location is ideal with a very short walk to/from the train station and to the Marina. There is also a grocery store close by. From our room we had a great view of the Arc de Triumph and a small part of the Mediterranean Sea. We ate breakfast and lunch on the patio which was enjoyable. The room had a mini-kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, small dishwasher, although we only used the refrigerator.

The rooms showed small signs of wear and tear so an update to the painting could be done. The A/C wasn’t on when we first arrived so it took awhile to get the room cool. We called the front desk and someone did come immediately to check on it and verified it was working. More counter space in the bathroom would be nice.

Clean, comfort, amazing workers,safe.

There was construction happening right in front of the hotel, so I woke up 2 straight nights at 8 in the morning with very loud noises. Good idea to verify that before renting any spot! Also the laundry machine has a known defect, so I wasted 1 hour from my night with 2 of my sons waiting for clean clothes.

Great location between the station, Arc de triomphe and tube stations. Good for independent travellers like us. Good small kitchenette and a balcony looking toards the arch. Hotel moved beds around to accomodate us.

First world problem - the coffee machine was an electric filter device with no filters or filter coffee. But there was a kettle, instant coffee and a microwave and a Carrefour nearby.

The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. We had a terrace which gave out onto the plaza with the Arc de Triomphe, which was a great view. The wifi worked really well and the reception was super accomodating, they were able to store our suitcases for half the day before our room was ready!

The entire stay was lovely, but the night we stayed in the hotel (June 30) there was a concert on a rooftop nearby that made it impossible to sleep since it was so loud. It is not the hotel's fault, but we wish we had known about this beforehand because it was a day after a flight and we needed rest!

Location was excellent, very close to the train/bus central stations and walking distance to the old port. The hotel reps were so kind and provide us with upgraded room with balcony - thanks them. The kitchen in the room was convenience, tea and coffee waiting in the room.

It should be better to arrange cleaning services 3-4 days at least without extra fee, instead of 7 nights.

The rooms were quite large and equipped with a little kitchen and a small balcony. The hotel itself is conveniently located close to the train station and within walking distance to the old port. Some rooms could do with a little renovation (a tile on the side of the bathtub was missing, the paint on the walls was stained and the towels could be renewed), but given the room rate the hotel is a good option for shorter stays that we would consider again next time.

Overall the rooms could be a little cleaner. To be fair, I am a little picky concerning cleanliness, but there were hair on the matress and on the bathroom walls and oily stains on the doors and the chair. Nothing catastrophic, but not very nice either.

Great mini kitchen set up. Loved the balcony. Also loved access to a washer & dryer on the first floor.

Need a sponge and paper towels in the kitchen. Front desk staff was confused about the room cleaning schedule. Rooms should be cleaned & towels replaced every 2-3 days since it’s an apartment hotel.
