The room was spacious and the airco was working fine (I saw some reviews claiming it doesn't) but don't expect it to take the room to 10 degrees. It was a nice temp for sleeping or chilling when outside it was 35 degrees, but didn't measure it. I would guess around 17-19C. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but some croissants, bread, yoghurt and similar things. Staff was very friendly and spoke English. Wifi was one of the best I've had in such an affordable hotel, getting high enough speeds to watch videos in high resolution without issues.

The TVs are not smart TV's, so without your own dongle you are stuck watching French cable TV. Even though breakfast is served until 10 am, after 9:30 most of the food will be gone during busy seasons, and you will have less choice. The kitchenette is fairly small and did not have much, only 2 pots, no pans and no filter for making coffee, but if you dont intend on cooking elaborate meals it serves it's purpose. The rooms had some signs of wear and tear, like scratches on the tub, some fraying on the curtains, things like that but everything was kept very clean.

I had a very pleasant stay overall! The location is absolutely fantastic — close to everything you might need, Right in the Middle of the Port and Station, which allowed to be in a walking distance from very central parts of the city and not to be late for the airport bus shuttle :) with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transport. It made getting around super convenient and enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast also was good, for 3-star hotel is was suitable. Still, I’d happily stay here again — the location alone makes it well worth it!

If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast. While it was decent, I feel there’s room to add a bit more variety or freshness to elevate the overall experience. But for 3 star it was good, the most necessary items and food were available.

The reception was welcoming. Cold water dispenser in reception was nice after a long journey. The apartment was compact but had everything you'd need for a short stay. We were there for one night to catch the train the next day. Nice small balcony overlooking the square. Had a hob, fridge, dishwasher, and sink in the small kitchen. Had utensils. Very comfy bed. Good soundproofing. Bath was a nice addition. Very easy 10 minute walk (if slightly up hill) to the train station. Overall a very pleasant stay.

There's not a lot to dislike. The hotel was very pleasant. Outside in the streets is another matter though. But that's not the hotels fault. Montpellier doesn't seem to be a nice place to be especially into the night. Did not feel comfortable walking around. We made sure we were back in the hotel early.

The receptionists were REALLY nice and helpfull. Even when they said they couldn’t speak english well they tried a lot to help and explain to us everthing we needed. The rooms were quiet, the bed were confortable and the a/c was amazing.

The localization is good because is next to the Train Station and you can have a médium walk to the Port, the only problem is that at night looks a little bit dark to walk around and the neibourghood doesn’t look really so safe. But at least nothing happen to us and it was ok tô Walk around.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Marseille! It is a perfect location to get the bus if you have an early flight in which we did. Really simple check in and check out system. The staff were very helpful and even upgraded our room!! This was so lovely as we got given a balcony. The room itself was so nice, the bed was VERY comfortable!! There was a kitchen with microwave, kettle and hob. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. Can't recommend this place enough.

This hotel is a bit far from most attractions/beach. However, walking is very nice if the weather is good as you get to see more of Marseille. Alternatively, you can use the app "bolt" which is a taxi system like uber and can pick you up and drop you off wherever you wish! The highlight of the location is that it is so close to bus/train station only a 5 minute walk which is ideal and that is why we chose this hotel!

Comfortable rooms with balcony. Great location very close to the train station convinient for transport links and within walking distance to it and also to downtown. Although its in Belsunce shady area it was fine walking through during daylight but also late at night especially if you are 2 + people.

The balcony itself and the table and chairs were dirty nobody cleans them obviously.

Clean, comfort, amazing workers,safe.

There was construction happening right in front of the hotel, so I woke up 2 straight nights at 8 in the morning with very loud noises. Good idea to verify that before renting any spot! Also the laundry machine has a known defect, so I wasted 1 hour from my night with 2 of my sons waiting for clean clothes.

Very friendly staff who were very assessable if we needed something. The location is ideal with a very short walk to/from the train station and to the Marina. There is also a grocery store close by. From our room we had a great view of the Arc de Triumph and a small part of the Mediterranean Sea. We ate breakfast and lunch on the patio which was enjoyable. The room had a mini-kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, small dishwasher, although we only used the refrigerator.

The rooms showed small signs of wear and tear so an update to the painting could be done. The A/C wasn’t on when we first arrived so it took awhile to get the room cool. We called the front desk and someone did come immediately to check on it and verified it was working. More counter space in the bathroom would be nice.

Great location between the station, Arc de triomphe and tube stations. Good for independent travellers like us. Good small kitchenette and a balcony looking toards the arch. Hotel moved beds around to accomodate us.

First world problem - the coffee machine was an electric filter device with no filters or filter coffee. But there was a kettle, instant coffee and a microwave and a Carrefour nearby.

The beds and the pillows were extremely comfortable and the bathroom nice and spacious. The AC needed some time to get going, but it worked very well. The staff was lovely, really friendly and helpful.

The location, although convenient, is terrible. The area feels very unsafe.
