The location was quiet but walking distance to a bus station and the pier and La Panier neighborhood. Staff were super polite and helpful. Sabrina was really friendly and welcomed us warmly upon arrival, and she was eager to help us with anything. The breakfast was very good. The size of the rooms was pretty good, and it was very clean. I recommend this hotel to everyone

The window shade was a little hard to open and close but nothing major.

This was our second stay in two weeks. The hotel is a great value and very well located close to all amenities. Good comfortable bed and large room. Again, a very good buffet breakfast!

We had a complaint about the cleanliness of the room assigned but the evening staff lady wasn't helpful in dealing with this issue. Although, the two very nice gentlemen at the reception did apologize in the morning and did offer compensation. This aside, we do not hesitate to recommend Hôtel Ligo by HappyCulture in Marseille!

Well situated, clean and quiet. Close of the vieux port, also close of the main objectives to be visited. Very comfortable room , very clean and a surprising french rich breakfast. A friendly staff , plus they thought about organizing a fresh corner with coffee, tea and water for offering the tourists. Good idea, bravo!

A bit noisy room because of the chillers and would have liked a terrace or a small balcony.

The hotel location is perfect for exploring the city, the area is safe 10-15 min from the old harbor and 15 min walk from the train station.The staff are friendly and welcoming. Our room was huge with a great view from a huge balcony. Room was modern and clean. Super comfortable bed with high quality bedding. Cooler with water is a nice bonus.

It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Breakfast was quite convenient and the room was very spacious. There is coffee, tea, fruit and snacks available daytime at the lobby and the internet was very satisfying.

Fixing room temperature to 19 Deg C can be a bit problem in cold winter days. Other than this, nothing in particular…

There was nothing “wrong” with this hotel if you just need a reasonably priced, utilitarian option in Marseille. It does have pretty unappealing decor/decoration though, and I would be sad to spend much time actually in the room here. Not a “charming” sort of stay.

Lack of coordination between reception desk and cleaning room service. It's expected that the person that cleans the room looks at the sheets if they are clean or not and also this person must have a look if any cleaning product (soap) is missing. Cannot complain any time in reception desk...

Room was spacious, enough for 3 persons. Bathroom is located separately from bedroom which is also good.

No bottled water, nowhere near to buy from, no vending machine Some parts of shower cabin are rusty Neighborhood is rather quiet but I saw a human body lying on the street nearby. Without any padding below... not sure if he was alive or homeless...

Perfect place to stay - excellent location, great for walking the neighborhoods, the old port, or to the train station for day trips or longer journeys. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. My room was blissfully quiet. Breakfast had just the right number of options. Coffee and tea available 24/7. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very well placed, very close to the old port and the center. The staffis very kind and helpful. The rooms are of great size, very spacious and clean.

The hotel needs some refurbishment and renovation. The ceiling in the bathroom was like it will fall down any moment (6th floor).
