The proximity with the transport , restaurants and supermarket

The mattress and pillows need to be reviewed by the the management. It wasn’t confortable at all

I really enjoyed my stay at Residhome Marseille. The location is excellent – just a short walk to public transport and the Old Port, which made exploring the city very easy. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was another highlight – great quality and a nice way to start the day. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Marseille and one I’d happily recommend.

The lift beep was really loud and piercing. Anyway you could lower the volume?😂

Location was excellent - the cathedral at the bottom of the road, loads of lovely restaurants of all prices within 3 mins walk, close to the metro and bus stops. Beds were so comfortable and big and clean and the curtains were blackout and the storage large and the bath….. loved the bath and shower. Kitchenette had everything apart from a place to store food but that didn’t matter, everything worked. Welcome tray was welcome! Liked the fresh water station by reception. Laundry room was efficient. Air conditioning was a blessed relief

The central courtyard could have been a bit more interesting to look out over.

Very nice hotel, at a convenient location in the center of Marseille. Metro station at 300m, 15-20 min walk to the Vieux Port. Many sights at walking distance. Nice neighborhood, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. Absolutely clean room, quiet, comfortable beds, spacious closet, table and armchairs, desk. Very good bathroom. Fully equipped kitchenette. Excellent breakfast, high quality and variety, nice breakfast-room. Polite staff We definitely recommend it.

Despite the nice facilities and the offered services, I find the price expensive. It is preposterous for the hotel to ask for a 200euros (!!) deposit for possible damages. The ventilation in the bathroom seemed not to function properly so smell from kitchens of neighbor apartments was apparent at times. We informed the reception but they said that there was no problem with the ventilation (?!) No view - our room, 715, was overlooking an inner yard.

The aparthotel was in a prime location, with a supermarket, mini mart, restaurants and takeaways just a few minutes (or less) walk away. You can see the cathedral from outside the aparthotel, and this is also just a few minutes walk away. I really liked that the tram and bus stops were very close by, making it very easy to get around. The room itself was spacious, the kitchenette was a little small but perfectly formed and we were able to make a light breakfast in the mornings. The bed was very comfortable, one of the best I have found in all my travels. The room was very clean, the cleaning team did an amazing job. A very good choice for our 4 night stay. We would definitely be staying there again.

The only thing that could improve the room was the TV, as sadly it wasn't a smart TV, so we weren't able to sign into Netflix or Amazon Prime in the evening to watch a film before going to sleep.

Just completed our second week-long stay and it was flawless once again. The service was excellent from start to finish, and we were thrilled to receive a suite upgrade. Our room was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. All facilities were perfect - the pool, amenities, everything was well-maintained and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was amazing with incredible variety and quality. This hotel consistently delivers outstanding experiences. We’ll definitely be back and recommend it 100% without hesitation. If you want excellent service, clean accommodations, and great facilities, this is the place!

Location was great. Staff friendly and very helpful. The room was pleasant and comfortable (liked the colour scheme), and the kitchenette provided all the basic crockery etc and facilities that we needed. It was spotless and cleaned regularly.

The street cleaning truck that trawled along the street our room overlooked and up and down the adjacent roads everyday, starting at 5am! If you're easily woken by noise than I recommend using earplugs: that did resolve the problem for me and reduced the sound sufficiently for me to sleep through. Not a lot the hotel could do about it obviously....except keep a supply of earplugs possibly! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Residhome Marseille. The location is excellent. Very close to the Cathedral La Major (which is just at the end of the street) and within easy walking distance to the old port and the centre of Marseille. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can leave your luggage in their designated (and locked) luggage room, which was very useful for us. The kitchen was well equipped, the room a good size and comfortable.

Everything!! The room was amazing and so big! The kitchen had everything it needed. Really loved the fact that we had a fridge and a freezer. The bathroom was great as well! Nice that you had the opportunity to take a shower AND a bath whenever you wanted to. The breakfast was so delicious and there were so many options. And the hotel entrance smelled incredible! The location was also great! We were close to a store, a pharmacy and le Vieux Port!

Liked the fridge/kitchen facilities. Rooms were fairly spacious which was helpful. Location on a quiet side street but only a 10 min walk to the old port and 5 mins to Le Pannier district. Staff were very helpful, happy to print out tickets I had on email.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. However I would prefer for the hotel to block my credit card of the €200 deposit (like they do for car rentals) as opposed to taking the money and refunding it later
