Practical location a bit out of centre, but still good walking distance to St Charles, 20 mins to Vieux Port, and 5 mins to metro Joliette, in a modernized neigborhood.. Room in the known basic Ibis way, with a tiny touch of style. I was in an upper floor to the north side, which was quiet. Good breakfast, useful bar. Even though there is no lack of good restaurants in walking distance, the option for dinner in the hotel is useful when arriving late, and the kitchen was good.

A hotwater maker or coffee machine in the room would be nice, but that's looking for an invisible hair in the soup as by default it is not part of the Ibis deal.

The bedroom with a bathroom - all clean. The basics like tv, ac or shampoo and towels were provided. Very comfortable and king size bed. Nice, modern neighbourhood and very welcoming staff. To the staff manager: I wanted to take a moment to mention how much I enjoyed the breakfast service during my stay - especially the thoughtful attention from Gaëtan. His warm, welcoming attitude each morning really stood out. When I mentioned some dietary preferences (gluten and lactose intolerance), he made sure I had everything I needed, even remembering small details the next day. It's that kind of genuine care that makes all the difference for guests. Having worked in the similar industry myself when adolescent, I know how much effort goes into maintaining that level of service day after day. Please know it doesn't go unnoticed and take care of good personnel so they don’t get burned out. Warm regards!

The only missing would be a small fridge in the room and mosquito net in the windows.

This hotel was on a well lit street on the tram line which was very useful when returning at night. The facilities were excellent considering what was paid and I'd highly recommend it to others.

Perhaps a kettle in the room and a weighing scale for luggage.

Room was just nice size, bathroom and room is clean. Hotel has a on-site restaurant & bar that has nice food, slightly slow in service. Breakfast is good to have, decent spread. Location is walking distance to the mall and most of the site seeing interest.

I would like a choice or harder pillow. 2 soft pillows were provided. And a choice of shower cap if needed.

Very helpful staff. Loved our beds - so comfy. Best sleep I have had in a long time. Second time staying at this hotel - hope to return again.

We arrived 2 hours before check in. Our room was ready but we had to pay 15e to use early or wait. we paid the 15e. Would have been a nice gesture to let us use the room for no surcharge as it was ready.

nice design in the cmmunal spaces and excellent breakfast; staff was polite and helpful. good location walking distance from the station and Le Panier.

the room could have benefitted from a little more space and a desk or chair/armchair, as we had to sit on the bed all the time we spent in the room.

This hotel was really great. One of its best features is certainly the location. Only a short walk from the train station and also only a short walk and you're right at one of the touristic hotspots (Muceum, Cosquer and cathedral). One thing we really enjoyed was the restaurant and bar at the hotel. The food was delicious and the drinks selection and taste was excellent. One thing that really was the cherry on top, were the staff. Especially the restaurant staff was extremly kind and welcoming.

The rooms and especially the bathrooms were not the cleanest I have seen. The toilet and shower were clean, but If you check the nooks and crannies, there was quite some dirt.

Great location next to the old docks snd shopping mall. Good breakfast at a reasonable price. Helpful receptionists

Room too small with comfortable bed but uncomfortable pillows, only 2 towels provided. No toiletries except for shower gel + handwash in bathroom

The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. It was in a good area for our overnight stay.

We were charged more than the advertised rate we had booked with booking.com. The air con was not switched on due to being spring, the room was very hot and did not sleep well. It was very noisy with the windows open.

The staffs were very Friendly, the hotel is clean and very close to the train. I want to specially thank a girl who works for the bar and restaurant who helped my friend who had a health issue due to the warn weather. Unfortunatelly i do not remember her name but she was very helpfull
