I loved the room arrangement and the toilet was neat. Housekeeping was efficient

My friend who slept upstairs was very hot as it lacked proper ventilation and the AC didn't get there. The USB sockets weren't adequate for charging with EU adapters so had to use the main sockets below. We hoped to use the lounge toilet after check out and were informed that it was unavailable; no other options were provided so that was disappointing.

- I liked how clean the room was, just exceptionally clean. Not a single dot or stain to mention. From my experience I saw that it is tough to keep the bathroom clean - but this one was 100% clean. - The bed sheets were very comfortable and felt like new - Internet and network signal was stable - Breakfast does not offer anything unusual, nonetheless the food is delicious. Comfortable dining area with latest news and option to eat outdoors. Variety of hot beverage choices.

- I did not expect there would be no refrigerator. It is not critical but usually there is a tiny one. - I suggest that the hotel will not take your document when exchanged for a hair dryer. I would recommend asking for some amount of cash. It is tough to make documents nowadays and so giving my driver's license or passport is too much for something that costs less than 50 euro.

The hotel is a large basic hotel in a good location for the hospital in the area, and the new port area which is nearby. The room was comfortable, bathroom fine and very clean. The staff were so very helpful and kind. The hotel is near the tram and also can walk from Marseilles train station. There are places to eat in the new port area and also small supermarket close by. The breakfast was not fancy, but very good.

A bit noisy outdoors at times.

It didn’t make a big impact on our experience and staying, but even the hotel itself is located in calm area, it is close to neighbourhood that seemed unsafe, so wouldn’t recommend to walk alone in late hours.

the breakfast was the same as all the chains of the company, maybe the buffet was not that big but there was a variety. the location relatively good the positive was that exactly 100 meters away there was a tram stop that you could head to the city center very quickly. the staff was there to serve us but unfortunately we couldn't get along with the language.

while I have stayed in several hotels of the chain, this particular one had no soundproofing at all, maybe it was the room's fault, I don't know.while we had a window in our room the view unfortunately was the back side of a hospital

Clean, tidy, simple.. and good price, just what I needed it, my room was for 3 people and had 2 levels. I had a lovely and comfy bed, air-conditioning, wardrobe, small toilet but with a niche shower room. The hotel is well located in a residential area, close to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and underground stations, the tramcar which has good connections if walking from the hotel. if you are looking for a low-budget hotel and only want a room to sleep in, this is the best place. The staff were friendly, the housekeeping girls were just the best when we required something else, so please congratulate them for their amazing treat.

Please don't use too much vinegar on the towels, the smell was very strong when they were wet. There is no refrigerator in the rooms and I think it is something necessary, especially in summer since you want to be able to keep at least water in the room or something cold to cool down after having a hot day, at reception they sold us water at night but like everything, overpriced.

The room was just big enough to walk around in without tripping over luggage. There was also a small desk. Young woman at the front desk was nice. Walkable from train station. You can walk downhill a short way and catch the tram if you’re too tired to walk to the port. I had a partial ocean view from my room.

A luggage stand would be a good addition. I read other comments about water on the bathroom floor so I was careful and didn’t have any problems.

Great location, only 15 min walk from Les Terrasses du Port shopping mall and 3 metro stops from the main station. Lovely staff, everyone was very nice and friendly, especially Salim - he was beyond helpful and kind, always smiling and gave me great recommendations. Thank you!

The room is big. It has a window that can be open fully for fresh air. It has a table and a chair. With a cabinet and hangers. Wifi is reliable.

I don't know how often they clean the room but during our stay they cleaned it every other day. There's a separator in the toilet which is useless because the water keeps on going outside that's why the floor is wet every time someone uses the shower. No appliances inside. No heater which I think is good for hygienic purposes. No fridge which is sad.

The property is great, clean, and located in a great area of the city. The fact that it has a parking lot was really important for us(make sure you mentioned that you need a parking spot ahead of time) The room was small, but it was perfect for 2 nights stay. The air con was functioning really well, and we slept so good during the night. Also, the reception is open 24 hours, so if you arrive late(like we did, around midnight) somebody will be at the reception.
